Perfect for Small Businesses – So Easy to Use! I'm a small business owner (thepaperboatshop.com) and this is my first time using Shopify, so I was a bit nervous about setting everything up. Zepto's Product Personalization app has made the whole process incredibly easy. The interface is super intuitive, and it was simple to get up and running. The support team has been fantastic—really responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. If you're new to Shopify or looking for a smooth way to offer custom products, I highly recommend this app!

Una app muy completa que te permite agregar vistas en vivo de las personalizaciones sin tanta complicación, he probado otras y me quedo con esta. Tiene muchísimas opciones para poder personalizar todo tipo de productos. El servicio de ayuda es muy bueno, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte.

The app was a little complicated in the beginning, but once you understand how it works, it's great! I also highly recommend the customer service - Sakib did an amazing job. High recommendation!

We have been happy with the app for about a year now. We had some issues with adding the app to our new, updated theme and the support team fixed it quickly for us. They are very responsive and helpful. We had another question about the app several months later and their customer service team took the extra time to record a video explaining the issue so we could better understand and fix future issues ourselves. We are very happy with the app and their stellar customer service. Thank you!

Appen er nem og brugervenlig. Og hvis der er noget som jeg ikke kan finde ud af, er support meget hjælpsomme og hjælper med det samme. Rigtig god service! Jeg kører nu på 5. år med denne app. Det er bare så god. Kan klart anbefales.

The customer service that I received from Nazirul and Muhtasim over a span of 3 days was amazing! They responded to my questions in a timely manner and with instructions that were personalized and easy to follow. They created instructional videos, using my products and specific to my challenge, that were extremely helpful. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I won't hesitate to reach out again!
