I have used this app in a number of stores for personalised products. The apps functionality is extensive, but the support when rarely needed has been amazing! :)

Zepto Product Personalizer is such an awesome app. We sell personalized dog tags and I have looked at soooo many personalization solutions over the past month and this is the only one that could meet my needs. The product is super intuitive and has a ton of ways to customize the setup to achieve the outcome you need. I have a pretty specific use case and was able to get to exactly the experience I wanted for my customers. The Zepto support was AMAZING. I couldn't believe how quickly they helped me with some questions I had early on. Super thorough and they treated me like I was important. Could not be happier with this product.

I am absolutely impressed with their service! They really know their stuff and went above and beyond to make sure they met my needs. I asked them to include special characters like Č, Š, Ž, and Ć, and I honestly couldn’t believe they could do it, but they did! It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that really takes the time to get everything just right. Highly recommend – they truly stand out in their field!
