The app does exactly its job. what else do you need? Also the support is fast and effective in solving any issue.

We use it for multiple personalisation options like font, colour and emojis. We especially wanted the preview option so customers get a better idea of what each option will look like on their chosen product. Variation options in spotify product alone didn't give us enough variables. I had this app installed and set up by a developer with my graphic designer, so I have no idea how the ins and outs work. Which is why I shouldn't have tried to change anything!! I broke my entire website with a couple of deletes and saves. The support team were there RIGHT away to save the day. Not only did the find the errors I had made but Rakhib was so patient with me while I sent multiple loom recordings to make sure I understand how to create templates, assets and everything in between. I will now get to spend the rest of the night fixing the problems I made but at least they will be set up correctly this time. We have been blown away with the service. The back end is VERY easy to navigate around. Highly recommend Zepto.

Have been using this app for a while. It's fantastic for us and the support is top notch. highly recommend and customers agree! Just wanted to add to this review... we continually expand the personalization and have used support a few times to help. Cant speak highly enough about their responsiveness. Following up on this review... these guys are consistently responsive and helpful on the support side.

Rakib at support is great! He answered all of my questions, some of which were very technical, and in general was a great sport. The app has great functionality and we're excited to start selling through it soon.

Bardzo prosta, fajna i intuicyjna aplikacja. Na plus customer support, ponieważ jak miałem pytania o conditions w aplikacji, to pan z obsługi odpowiedział na wszystkie moje pytania. Wtyczka działa bardzo fajnie. Polecam!!

The app is great and specially I want to thank Rabik from the help center who helped me alot! and made my experience in the app to be perfect! Rabik helped me with many small changes and adjustments I needed in the app to make it match the look and feel of my website. He did this with great professionalism, was very patient and friendly, and helped me a lot. I was really impressed with the level of service, and thanks to him, I’m very satisfied with the app. Thank you!

The Zepto Product Personalizer is an amazing tool that offers a high degree of flexibility. I'm able to quickly customize the product to my exact specifications. Their customer support team is exceptional. I've been able to reach them easily through chat and they've always been polite and helpful in resolving any issues I've encountered. Highly recommended!
