Very helpful and provided screenshots and clear direction on how to make the changes I needed assistance with.

Had such a wonderful (and quick) experience today with the Zepto Customer Service team. I described my issue to them and they took a moment and immediately had it solved. It was simple, to the point, and resolved within 30 mins. I was very impressed and reassured that if I ever have issues in the future they will there to help me.
