I've tried 5 other product personalizer apps before finally settling on this one. It is by far the easiest to use, and provided good capabilities to customize for my needs. I did reach out a couple times for help and they responded with everything i needed within 24hrs. Would recommend.

This product is delivering what we need. We had a specific set of criteria and I tried numerous other products that didn't fit. This ticks almost all our requirements. The UI is very functional but gets the job done. Well done guys, and look forward to seeing how it evolves over time!

This app has a lot of options to choose from and the support team is great. I definitely recommend this app if you need to propose personalized products on your Shopify store.

I tried a few product personaliser apps and this one is by far the best I found. It was pretty easy to set up and has tonnes of personalisation options to choose from. I was especially impressed with the help provided by the app staff. I emailed a few times about styling the app to fit within our design and they were always polite and responsive. Zepto is the perfect addition to our client's store.

The support has been amazing any time an issue came up or a custom fix was needed. The app has been great for us for both live-preview-customizations and 'regular' additional product options. Superior to BOLD Product Options in my opinion after using them both extensively for years.

Zepto has been a great addition for customers to easily engrave our product. We sell Viking drinking horns and have the ability for customers to add both text and images to their hand engraved horns. Other apps would never show the live product so the customers can see what it will actually look like in real life, but Zepto does! They support has been amazing making quick changes when i need them. FIVE STARS!

I was having difficulty implementing the product personalizer with a new theme that I was using so I reached out to the support team to see if they could help! Within minutes they responded to me and had my problem fixed shortly after. They are a great team that really cares about their customers plus the app works great!

The set up wasnt 100% intuitive for me but the video help section is very good and even when I had a few issues after that - the online help has been absolutely brilliant and very prompt. Better than any other app i've dealt with recently.
