Great app with lots of potential, I had an issue and the team got to work and solved it for me. Great team and responsive on the emails. they had a live chat system before but its gone now but the quick responses on emails make up for the chat not being available.

I consider myself super picky when choosing apps. I would check out every app in that category before making decision, and Zepto is my final pick. Here are 3 main reasons why I like Zepto after 2 months with them: 1. I like it very intuitive, particularly the tab and preview feature, even my 5-year-old kid can use it well. 2. I like it very flexible, allowing us to improve most aesthetic details. 3. I like it very supportive. The team behind takes my feedback seriously, understands what I want, and replies promptly. Kudos to them!

This has been a great product for my engraved memorial website. Zepto has been reliable, easy to use, and affordable. My customization needs are pretty simple so I don't know if more complex cases will feel the same, but I think it's awesome. For the money, I doubt you can do better than this.

I do POD. I recently revamped my whole website. I feel confident since adding a preview to my POD product. Tech support was fast and excellent. They walked me through fixing my conditional issue. I like the app; it does not charge a per-order fee. It makes a huge difference to the bottom line.

Our customers love being able to visualise their customised product, it really helps to differentiate our website in a competitive marketplace. Support is often very quick and if required the team will access our site to help fix the issue promptly, great if you’re a small business and lack technical confidence.

I have had the app for a couple of weeks and I am happy with it so far. At the moment I'm building my website and trying apps but I will certainly stick with this app for product personalization. When I have an issue, I email the developers and they are quick to respond and help with the issue. Definitely recommend!

Great support overall, they recently made some changes which affected our whole site, about 400 products had to be manually fixed, they went through and fixed our issue in a timely manner.

There was a buggy feature for some new functionality the Zepto team just released (actually the Image as pattern feature is still in development), but it was fixed very fast and the customer support was quite impressive. I really recomand it
