I was having issues due to a setting I accidentally input, but Muhtasim was able to locate the issue and help me resolve it to get the app working properly in my store. There's a learning curve to the app, but once you get it going it's really neat and works very well

the app is wonderfull but there are some bugs in the sistem they make me waste time at work!!! it is difficult to understand how it work but the chat assistants immediatly resolve doubts

Zepto is an incredible app. I'm a small business owner who's been operating for 4 years now. Over the past two years, I've had a few people wanting to charge me $1000's to do what Zepto now does for only$9.99 per month. It's an amazing product with so much versatility and easy to learn. I have tested several personalization apps and I going back to Zepto. The new interface is much easier to understand, and support is excellent!

Super happy! We have extremely complex personalization, and after three years, they’ve always been there for us. The live previews are incredible, and I love the structure—better than almost any other personalization app. After four years, I wouldn’t even dream of looking elsewhere. I have changed my review as initially I had problems with setting up the app and I got frustrated (some problems were with their setup and others were user.... me). I had a whinge and I have to say their support is exceptional, especially Al Amin Khan who was so patient and sorted all the issues. I would recommend it.
