I agonised over which customisation app to use for my business. I landed on Product Personalizer and I'm so glad that this is the app I chose. Yes as others have mentioned it is a bit of a learning curve to start off with, I am by no means amazing with computers but after some trial and error I'm perfectly comfortable setting up new products with endless variables and setting the conditional logic for them. I've found the support team amazing, any time I've had a question they've answered pretty quickly even though we are in very different timezones, and no matter how silly my question they have been patient and are very clear in their instruction, even going so far as to send me screenshots of exactly what to do. I especially like being able to set a template so I don't have to start completely from scratch with each product. It has saved me so much time. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone who needs simple OR complex levels of customisation on their products. If you're a bit confused when you have your first look at it, don't worry! you'll get there.

I use this app to customize the products on my site www.arejei.com (tech inspired jewelry). Users can select a letter or a year using the product personalizer and it will display their selection as binary encoded jewelry. I was able to build that using the "condition" feature (I used 70+ conditions for one product and it still worked great). I also like the fact they do lazy loading for images. Their support is also wonderful! I wish they had more bulk features but the app works great.

This app saved me heaps with its high level of customization. Also had a issue i needed fixed after changing to a new theme and the devs fixed it within 15 minutes of my email.
