This app has been a game changer. Super easy to navigate and whenever I have any issue, the support team is AMAZING. They are quick to respond and have helped with every single inquiry I've had... even with helping with custom code. I have been using this app for a few weeks. I am still learning how to do certain things, but every time I have a question, the chat team is super helpful! They have even went as far as adjusting the app features on their end to make the product work better on my site. Highly recommend!

Zepto Personalizer has made a noticeable difference in how I use my website. The recommendations are accurate and the app feels very responsive. I also like the regular updates and new features. Support was helpful when I had a question. Overall, a 5-star experience!

Outstanding customer support and product for our needs. Whenever we have had issues they take it seriously and fix it quickly and check in with you. Originally, the biggest problem was that there was no way to see which products were connected to which customizer templates. With hundreds of products, that created serious management headaches. Editing or troubleshooting meant guessing what was attached where, which is not sustainable long term. The team has now added an “Assigned List” inside the template view, which clearly shows the products connected to that template. That alone solves the core visibility issue. They also improved the search functionality and added an “Apply to All” option, which makes managing large product catalogs much easier. These updates directly address the concerns I raised. I was very critical before because the limitation genuinely created operational risk for stores like ours. To their credit, they listened and implemented meaningful changes. Support stayed responsive throughout the process, and the improvements show they’re serious about building a better long-term product. If you’re managing a large catalog and rely on templates, this update makes a big difference. Appreciate the team for taking the feedback seriously.
