I've been using this app for a year and it's been nothing short of amazing. it has all the options you need and very professional and aesthetically pleasing. furthermore, when I wanted to rearrange a button and change some settings (which support doesn't have to do) they did it for me anyway and this has made me very happy as usually you would have to get someone who knows code to do this. Overall a very good app, highly recommended and I will continue to use it.

This is the best app with the best service! Support always responds fast and I can't think of a feature this app doesn't offer. There is a learning curve to using the tool but it is well worth it!

This app was built for something different than what I utilized it for. I was able to build a type of "builder" for my products. Any snags that I ran into the developer was quick to help me. Very responsive. The app works great!

*UPDATE* I have gotten in touch with the programmer and he has been helping me learn the program. We went ahead and got a subscription. I think this app will work well for our needs. The app has a bit of a learning curve but once you figure it out it's pretty straightforward, and does a nice job. I think this app has huge potential, and i got started using the info they provide in the documentation. But unfortunately I can't get any support from the developers. They won't return emails with seemingly easy questions. I will have to look for another app.

This is a great app if you have a lot of custom options on your products. I have been looking for an app, I was using Product Customizer. It was ok for simple customizations, but limited in it's features. Product Personalizer has a lot more you can do, and I like that you can use images to show the different options. It's a little tricky to learn at first, but once you get it it's easy to work with. There are a couple little glitchy things, but nothing major so far. It seems like the developers are working to improve the app and they were very quick to respond to me questions.

So far this app is great, Perfect for my customers to design custom items, I've been wanting something like this for years and now I finally have it. Easy to upload fonts too!

UPDATED REVIEW I have to let everyone know that in fact there was some sort of glitch with my theme and the support in getting that resolved, once we all realized what the glitch was - was prompt and complete. I'm excited to keep building my store and I'm so grateful for this app! ************************************************* I think I might really love the app but in asking for support the answers are really incomplete. The app has many capabilities -- but getting it dialed in continues to perplex me. I've asked for screen shots, I'm hopeful they will arrive. Still trying to work it out -- fingers crossed I can get it resolved.

I was working late at home updating some of my products, I found that it was taking a bit too long to change from product to product. So i emailed a quick video to the guys and asked for a "Next Product" button - within 1hr I had a response and the button magically appeared which helped speed up my nights work. brilliant stuff

The service on this app is fan-tas-tic! We tried out a few personalization apps, and this was the one which had the most useful features and smoothest usability. There were a few features that were missing, or perceived as broken, but they were quickly resolved with a short email to the developer. There were some updates to the app while we were in development, which ended up making its capabilities much stronger, so we know it is actively being improved upon. Would highly recommend.

This app just keeps getting better and better. Loving the updated interface, conditional logic, and we're now taking advantage of the image upload feature, which I hope will be exciting for our customers too. Support is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this app for any store offering personalized products!

A great product for customization options. The Live Preview function is a cut above the rest and set up is effortless. Definitely recommended! Customer support is fast and very effective! Thank you guys for the great work!
