We are using this app for a year now. You have endless options to customize your editor which is a mighty and in comparison a really cheap tool to get your individual products out there. Nothing we couldn't get done with this! The support always got our problems solved and I will rather wait a day or two for the solution than an instant reply by bots or generic answers that does not help at all. Keep up the great work! We use this app to allow customers to customize their sweet box by choosing different variants of products. The app offers a lot of flexibility. Most of the things we felt we needed support with were already a part of the app, we only had to know how to use it. They are always there to solve our queries. It would be great if they add more tutorials or help on each and every "setting" that the app offers for customizing, so that customers can realise the complete potential much faster.

Many Thanks to The support staff at product personalizer. My request/problem was sorted out in quick time. Love the app! easy to use and makes my products personlized with image upload and text input without having to do any input Myself when a sale comes in. Set it up once and its set to go!

We have just started using this app and it has everything we need. The greatest thing about this app is the support. I have had to reach out to support several times now with our initial setup and Numan is a huge help. It might take 24 hours for Numan is get back to you but when he does he is tremendously nice and very helpful. I hope you don't need too much support but if you do Numan has you taken care of.

This app is very in-depth with a lot of amazing features to achieve almost any kind of product customization that you require. Not only is the app amazing, but so is their support team. Their team was a huge help to getting our customization setup properly. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend this app, you won't be disappointed!

I've used this app for a number of years and have been very happy with it. It allows my customers to preview their personalisation before they place the order. I really believe it helps with converting sales. The app has many features and capabilities, and at first it may be a bit overwhelming to set it up, but the tech support team have always been very helpful and fix any issues with 24 hours.

When you get it set up, this app is excellent and the support to iron out a few creases was great. Highly recommend this app for customisation - much better than all of the other apps we tried. The live previewer is just so impressive and exactly what we needed.

I opened three different tickets/requests for bug fixes in my store. They all were related to formating. I got a response in less than 24 hours from support (Numan) and they were able to fix every detail as request in less than 48 hours. I was amazed at how quickly, the good service, and how great my store is looking now. I can say with confidence Product Personalizer is the best support and customer service I received. If you are looking for an app to customize products on your store look no further the app has everything and even if something is missing they will be able to help you quickly and will get you a solution. This app is a great product personalizer app! I have had it for about 6 years now and the product variations are endless. I've used their customer service more than once and they've always replied quickly and answered my questions. I recommend this app!
