We are using this app for all of our personalized products and it has been incredible the amount of control it offers. We have been able to flawlessly implement all of our design offerings from complex to monograms to file uploads. The support we received during set up was incredible. The developer is very responsive with fast and effective solutions. The app loads instantly on our product pages so far and offers many features to make it both desktop and mobile friendly. Very highly recommended!

This app allows our customers to be able to see what they're wanting, on the screen right in front of them. It's simple to set up, more time can be invested to get more complex customisations working. We are using this app for all of our products, as our product requires customers to fill in different forms, upload a photo and preview the photo in a nice mobile (and desktop) friendly environment. It's amazing how many options you have. Even more amazing is the customer support. Brilliant. We had a few (special) requests that were done for us pretty quickly. They went the extra mile for us, and we can definitely recommend!

This app was exactly what we were looking for. Installation was easy, documentation is very good and we were up and running in no time. The support team is very good as well. We had an issue (conflict) and they worked with us on a method to get it rectified without modification. Now that's service! The customer service is great at responding to inquiries & fix issues. The app has a lot of options that we are able to use, it's a little bit of a learning curve if you're trying to do something very complicated, which we have on our site.

I'm very pleased with Product Personalizer!! I'm a web designer and I was setting up a complex monogram for my client. Numan from Product Personalizer helped me set up the monograms and guided me with direction and he helped on the backend. 5 star service and support! I couldn't have set up this monogram shop without Numan!! Highly Recommended!!!

This app is a really awesome piece of software for such a great price. We replaced a $600+ a month software with this app and find it to have many more features and is easier to use for our customers! They are also constantly adding new features, which is great. There can be a bit of a learning curve in setting up highly complex products with dependencies, but I have been able to make very customized products due to the feature set available. Highly recommend.

We have been using Bold Options for the last 5/6 years, although we were happy with this solution our customer were asking for preview. This app is light years ahead of any option apps available today on Shopify. The app works as advertised, does not crash and is straightforward. The help files are very detail and easy to use. Unfortunately the function that add a cost to an option needs to be coded in house, this can be a little overwhelming if working with codes scares you. Laguiole-Imports.com

Absolutely a fantastic app that has transformed our customer experience. We sell customized fingerprint jewelry and being able to see custom inscriptions "engraved" on the piece as they type - even curving text around the inside of a ring! - is so helpful for our customers. It also handles the addition of accessories, like a chain, a birthstone charm, a premium bail, etc., and shows those additions dynamically on the product photo. The ability to use conditional logic to show/hide different options is also key, allowing us to be really flexible in how we set up our products (see https://legacytouch.com for examples of what is possible). A little bit of a learning curve, sure; but, that generally comes with the territory when you have lots of flexibility and options. Support, in general, is really good. Not super communicative, but very willing to implement special requests and troubleshoot bugs in a timely manner. I do wish there was a better way to handle deploying bug fixes and code updates - those generally get pushed to our production site without notice and have occasionally caused issues. But overall, we are very pleased with this app.

There aren't enough stars for how helpful the support tech was. I wanted a complicated feature added to my page and he fixed it in moments. Friendly, patient and totally proficient. AMAZING!!!
