There are some features that we cannot modify by ourselves , however the support is always there to help : Saifullah answers and resolves our issues so quickly and efficiently ! We couldn't ask for better support !

I used this app to add plant options for our products plant ionizer. It's exactly what I wanted. I faced a problem during the process but they helped to solve it. Now everything runs perfectly!

I've been using this app for many years and can highly recommend it. The support team and developers are always available to answer questions and jump in to fix any bugs that may arise. The developer knows his stuff and is committed to making it better. The only issue, if you can call it that, is that it's such a powerful app and offers so many settings that you can get overwhelmed sometimes. However this would only apply in more complex cases, as it all depends on the types of products and personalizations that you offer in your store. In my specific case I needed support when changing theme so that the app would display seamlessly. Support came through and was there to help get the app performing the way I needed.

What can I say? I have compared and tested a few other product personalizer Apps, but found this one to be head above the others. The ease of configuration, the ability to preview and custom price every customization is just amazing. This product is really worth every cent and I will highly recommend this for anyone who wants to have a world-class product personalizer at an affordable price. We had some issues, as with any app and which anyone can testify to, but the support has just been outstanding. Tonight, the entire team attended to an issue we had, we communicated over Skype, I was able to share some frustrations and the team really stepped up. Within an hour, my issue was resolved and I am glad I selected to partner with this great company.

shop is not live yet, so can´t say if customers love it like I do. I think Saifullah just improved the apps performance significantly a few days back. Love it even more now.

Fantastic service, easy installation, and all features seem to work great out of the box. Some of the UX / UI could be improved in my opinion, but no deal breaker at all.

I've been using this app for a year and it's been nothing short of amazing. it has all the options you need and very professional and aesthetically pleasing. furthermore, when I wanted to rearrange a button and change some settings (which support doesn't have to do) they did it for me anyway and this has made me very happy as usually you would have to get someone who knows code to do this. Overall a very good app, highly recommended and I will continue to use it.

This is the best app with the best service! Support always responds fast and I can't think of a feature this app doesn't offer. There is a learning curve to using the tool but it is well worth it!

This app was built for something different than what I utilized it for. I was able to build a type of "builder" for my products. Any snags that I ran into the developer was quick to help me. Very responsive. The app works great!

*UPDATE* I have gotten in touch with the programmer and he has been helping me learn the program. We went ahead and got a subscription. I think this app will work well for our needs. The app has a bit of a learning curve but once you figure it out it's pretty straightforward, and does a nice job. I think this app has huge potential, and i got started using the info they provide in the documentation. But unfortunately I can't get any support from the developers. They won't return emails with seemingly easy questions. I will have to look for another app.

This is a great app if you have a lot of custom options on your products. I have been looking for an app, I was using Product Customizer. It was ok for simple customizations, but limited in it's features. Product Personalizer has a lot more you can do, and I like that you can use images to show the different options. It's a little tricky to learn at first, but once you get it it's easy to work with. There are a couple little glitchy things, but nothing major so far. It seems like the developers are working to improve the app and they were very quick to respond to me questions.
