Support has been great to us with any issue or funky thing that may arise. Have a bit of patience with this app. It will perform perfect when set up correctly, but may take some time and a learning curve to get it to function properly. Once you set it up and learn what you're doing, you'll find it to be an easy app that uses simple conditional logic you're able to easily configure. Provides a great customer experience on the front end.

I have been working with this app for a month now and am very impressed with the amount of customization that I have been able to offer my customers. It gets tricky offering differing types of customization but the support has been great--always answers my questions and thru collaborative access to my store has even gone in and fixed things that were above my capabilities.
