Great APP and service. We have never have issues getting things resolved if we need help or things need fixing some reason. Great functionality once you learn how to really use it. When done right, it is a very affordable way to give your customers a great customization experience.

Had issues with support at the beginning, but was able to get it solved. If you're having them install the app on your site, be sure you reach out to them to let them know you've granted access. Didn't know that this had to be done which caused some confusion. Really enjoying the app now that it's all installed. A lot of work on the front end to get options set up, but I'm pretty sure it will be worth it after all said and done.

Game changer app, customer support has gotten really good and price is not bad compare to all features it has. It has really help our business to do complex task really simple and easy. Like everything you can find little errors but they will definitely help.

We use this app extensively for heavily customized jewelry and keepsakes. Support is getting better and better - the addition of live chat support inside the app makes a huge difference! My only complaint is that past updates to the app got pushed out without any notice and sometimes cause problems. We really need a way to control the release of updates so we can test them before they get deployed to our production site. Support has improved significantly in the last few months and I have been assured that the update process is going to get better. From a functionality standpoint, this is definitely a 5 star app. If updates continue to cause issues, I'll have to come back and dock some points though.

We are using this app for a year now. You have endless options to customize your editor which is a mighty and in comparison a really cheap tool to get your individual products out there. Nothing we couldn't get done with this! The support always got our problems solved and I will rather wait a day or two for the solution than an instant reply by bots or generic answers that does not help at all. Keep up the great work!
