Had such a wonderful (and quick) experience today with the Zepto Customer Service team. I described my issue to them and they took a moment and immediately had it solved. It was simple, to the point, and resolved within 30 mins. I was very impressed and reassured that if I ever have issues in the future they will there to help me.

This app is CRAZY! There's just not one personalization can cannot be accomplished by this app. Sometimes the conditions can get a little tricky when you're not the most tech savy person but the SUPPORT, OMG. The team is AMAZING, they're available 24/7, they're patience, empathetic, so much value. They teach you, help you understand. 10/10, everything is outstanding!

Something was glitching on my website, but I was able to work it out with Atik from customer care with such ease! Looking forward to growing with Zepto.
