I had Muhtasim Mahir as my support person and he was so helpful. He explained things to me many times in different ways so I understood it because I am new to this. He was great with showing me how to fix certain things myself and he ultimately fixed the major issue I was having on our website. He had to do some custom coding and had to figure out why the issue was happening in the first place. It took a while but he didn't give up or leave the chat. It was a great experience. And mainly the problems have been fixed.

At first, I was very frustrated with the app because I couldn’t save anything — every change gave me an error. But the support team was incredibly patient and helpful. They contacted me quickly, sent videos, and guided me step by step. In the end, the issue was with my device. Once I switched to another laptop, everything worked perfectly. Thanks to their support, I can now use the app as intended.

I've been using this app for years and it's great! It's easy to customize to our needs and gives our customers the ability to see their items before their made, which gives them the confidence and excitement to purchase! The team is so responsive and supportive, even on weekends and holidays, whenever the rare issue has popped up. Highly recommend!
