The service is amazing After setting up, the layout was a bit off; however, their customer support just fix it for me in 30 mins

Found an issue with dark Shopify page themes where text from drop-down menus appears white against white (unreadable unless scrolled over with the mouse cursor, which then turns the field light blue making the white text barely legible). A very simple bug to fix, however after numerous attempts to get support and inform them of this bug with detailed screenshots, I received no response. Literally weeks of trying to get support and nothing. I'll be deleting and finding another app for my customer form needs and I suggest you do the same.

Yes it will be a very simple fix (we will able to fix it for you in less than one minute) I've double checked all the support emails (including spams etc) and didn't see anything coming from you guys recently (it might be your email server not sending the email through or sending to the wrong email etc), you will able to see the support email in the app and you can also able to book a call with us in the documentation pages, if you can do that, we will able to fix it for you very very quickly As for the reason why it it appear white on white - the app have minimal styling and trying to inherit as much as possible from Shop's theme, so it can make it look like part of the shop, this works most of the time, but in some cases, what you see can happen, then we will able to put a fix that's custom tailor to your site Please let me email us and we can get it fix, email: [email protected] or book a call with us https://calendly.com/varify/shopify-product-registration

I just wanted to take a moment to give a big shout-out to Product Varify (My Product Registration) for being such a great app and team for their vendor support. This app fits our needs wonderfully by allowing customers to register their warranties seamlessly on our website. Their support is really quick (usually gets a response within a day), and they could understand the problems we are facing and help us rectify them in a timely manner. Talking about the app itself, it's very user-friendly, and our customer is able to auto-fill their serial number on the warranty by scanning a QR code on our product. For us, managing all that customer data has become a breeze. We strongly recommend this app if you're looking for a reliable and efficient solution for your product warranty registrations.

Hello, This app is perfect for me. It allows customers to set up there product warranties from products they purchased both online and offline. The impressive thing for me is it allows customers to enter the serial number and upload receipts from offline purchases. One of the main advantages is you can approve the warranties online, by checking the receipt against the details entered. You can do this all online, no more communication and asking for attachments of receipts by email. No need to create excel spreadsheets, this app stores everything. I tried 3 other apps, before i found this app.

It's been great for what we needed! The form builder works great and the features and settings makes it easy to manage forms. I would like to see improvements to styling which needs to be done with CSS at the moment.

Great app, can be used for much more than product registrations. We use it for service agreements on diving gear, and also as a logbook for registration of catch (fish, crabs etc).

Perfect app. Exactly what i was looking for. Built out a warranty page with a little help from Vito. Their customer service is amazing. Scheduled a call with Vito, in less than 30 minutes he answered all my questions, and trust me I had a lot of them. If you are looking at this app it is worth the 5 day free trial and definitely worth the $15 a month. thank you

There are two emails you can set up. "Notification email", where a system user can get notified about a registration, and the "Send email" where emails to those registering will get emails from. All emails going to registered users come from the "Send email" correctly, but incorrectly have a reply to address of the Notification Email. So if you want to monitor email registrations on your own email account, all users who register and reply to the emails will be replying to you and have your email address. Seems like a pretty silly oversight. If this is how it is supposed to work . . .why?
Sorry it was a bit confusing for you. I’m always here to help and happy if we continue with our conversation in support email, rather than using review as communication, we can try to solve the issue first, then review afterward. Regarding your comment. Yes there are two emails one is the notification email which is the store owner’s email, another one is the From email which is the from email for the email to customer (by default it will use the app’s default email as From email, because for a email provider to set custom from email it will need to verify you own the email, not pretend to be [email protected] etc) As in your case, the store owner’s email is your personal address like e.g [email protected], and the app took the store owner’s email as the notification email, then you changed the From email to something like [email protected], in this case the reply to email is notification email [email protected]. As you mentioned, this is not what you want, because you don’t want to expose your personal email [email protected] Then you changed the notification email from [email protected] to [email protected], so the reply to email is [email protected], then you want your personal email to receive notification email about registration In your case, you can simply set up routing rules in your public facing [email protected] and route the notification to your personal email. BTW, in general its not good idea to use personal email as the store owner email, as the company grow bigger and have more people, it better to have a public facing email.

This app works as described. It may be installed and used without extensive knowledge or customization. The ability to customize this app is impressive, and a developer versed is css will have no trouble fitting it to their needs. For the rest of us, the support staff is surprisingly quick and helpful, if a bit lacking in their execution of the English tongue.
