How can i change the form Slug? My site : https://sample-simo.myshopify.com/pages/product-registration. I need it shows “Product Registration” on my page, not” product-registration” Plz help me. Thank you
Thank you for your review. For this kind of problem, its better to use support (I can see you already have sent us a support email, so I will paste the answer here just in case support didn't go through) Firstly it's not a good idea to have spaces in the URL, because it will replace with `%20` by browsers like Chrome and Edge, so the whole URL will become https://sample-simo.myshopify.com/pages/product%20registration if you copy it, that's why most of the URL either using _ or - as separator Looking at the URL, this is a page you created in Shopify, so it's not something to do with the app (I can see you have used the theme block to embed the app onto the page, hence the form is shown on the page) Since this is not have something to do with the app, to change the URL, you will need to change it in the Shopify admin > Sales Channel > Online Store > Pages > Select the page > Edit with SEO > Change URL and handle Let me know if you have any other questions, we're here to help

Great app, can be used for much more than product registrations. We use it for service agreements on diving gear, and also as a logbook for registration of catch (fish, crabs etc).

Perfect app. Exactly what i was looking for. Built out a warranty page with a little help from Vito. Their customer service is amazing. Scheduled a call with Vito, in less than 30 minutes he answered all my questions, and trust me I had a lot of them. If you are looking at this app it is worth the 5 day free trial and definitely worth the $15 a month. thank you

There are two emails you can set up. "Notification email", where a system user can get notified about a registration, and the "Send email" where emails to those registering will get emails from. All emails going to registered users come from the "Send email" correctly, but incorrectly have a reply to address of the Notification Email. So if you want to monitor email registrations on your own email account, all users who register and reply to the emails will be replying to you and have your email address. Seems like a pretty silly oversight. If this is how it is supposed to work . . .why?
Sorry it was a bit confusing for you. I’m always here to help and happy if we continue with our conversation in support email, rather than using review as communication, we can try to solve the issue first, then review afterward. Regarding your comment. Yes there are two emails one is the notification email which is the store owner’s email, another one is the From email which is the from email for the email to customer (by default it will use the app’s default email as From email, because for a email provider to set custom from email it will need to verify you own the email, not pretend to be [email protected] etc) As in your case, the store owner’s email is your personal address like e.g [email protected], and the app took the store owner’s email as the notification email, then you changed the From email to something like [email protected], in this case the reply to email is notification email [email protected]. As you mentioned, this is not what you want, because you don’t want to expose your personal email [email protected] Then you changed the notification email from [email protected] to [email protected], so the reply to email is [email protected], then you want your personal email to receive notification email about registration In your case, you can simply set up routing rules in your public facing [email protected] and route the notification to your personal email. BTW, in general its not good idea to use personal email as the store owner email, as the company grow bigger and have more people, it better to have a public facing email.

This app works as described. It may be installed and used without extensive knowledge or customization. The ability to customize this app is impressive, and a developer versed is css will have no trouble fitting it to their needs. For the rest of us, the support staff is surprisingly quick and helpful, if a bit lacking in their execution of the English tongue.

Responsive developer! Have some issue with uploading CSV file, but vito helped to fix in a short time. Definitely recommend it.

I've been reading and trying out different warranty app registration and this one is all I ever wanted. Nice layout, easy to install and setup. Great customer service. Nice and quick. Definitely recommend
