Great Support Team Solved My Query immediatly
This app is so easy to use and integration is easy! I had some technical issues and the support was excellent and they were quick to fix the issue. Would recommend.
I love everything about this app except the difficulty to run it. I constantly have to look up how to access different things and it’s not very self explanatory.
Sometime the app does not work 100% of the time but that is probably down to the fact I am not running a 2.0 comaptible theme. Would like to have more control over customising the review form on the product page to my liking and be able to insert product stars into side banners but I dont think the app can do this. Other than that very helpful guys when you neeed assistance
MyAppGurus is perfect for Shopify! It’s easy to set up, collects photo/video reviews, and displays them beautifully and save time with auto requests. Their support team is super fast and solves issues instantly.
This app is brilliant, the customer service staff are great, when I couldn't open dashboard it was quickly taken care of for me, I hope it stays free and good.
I'm thankful for MAG's customer service, which has solved a lot of problems for me!

It took me a day to figure out what all features it has, even though it has customisation limitations, it's a great free app and the support team is super responsive. I spoke to Dhruv from the team on a google meet call who helped me code my customisation under 15 mins. super effecient

This app has access to customer data and, in my case, has sold it to a third party. I have screenshots of how excat wrote to the customers who left a review, even in the exact same order... the mail was sent from [email protected]. My business suffered a huge loss as a result. Be careful.

They app seems to work fine but i cant for the love of me figure out how or why im not getting an email to let me know when a new review is being submitted. Also ive tried everything to get the star rating option on each product but cant figure it out. Other then that it does what its supposed 2 do.

To enable the notification feature, please follow these steps: Go to the admin panel and select the "Request History" tab. Navigate to "Schedule & Reminders" and click on "Email Templates." In the "Admin Notification Email(s) Configuration" section, check the "Enable" checkbox. Add your email ID, subject line, and customize the email content as needed. This app allows free comment uploads, and you can upload new comments every month, which is very convenient.
