Customer service is awful, the worst I have ever had, it is impossible to get any answers when you have an issue. I would highly suggest choosing a different App. The Chat app says they are available, But I have been trying to talk to someone now for over 2 weeks. I am now looking to change to a better App. UPDATE!!!!! The App is now working, we had a few more glitches and server issues, but the team have been in touch and resolved the issues. Hopefully it will run as expected from now on. Much improved customer service has resulted in my more favourable review. UPDATE BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I noticed I was getting less reviews and when I checked this company now want to charge me $14.99 per month to collect them, when I signed up they said it was a free app. - DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP - YOU WILL REGRET IT

It is easy to use, but the support services are very poor and extra fees are required for developments, which is not acceptable. Also, the application visual areas are not sufficient.

Not only is this app exactly what I needed, their support line is AWESOME. Ashu really does care about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure things look and run smoothly. I wanted an app that I could install and never have to worry about it again. This is definitely it.

The best app for reviews! I love everything about it. It's easy to use and looks super professional. The support is also top-notch! I had a small issue after updating and contacted them via email. Chirag Rawal answered in a minute or so and fixed everything for me in no time. Highly recommended!
