It is a decent app. I just installed it. Looking forward to seeing how it helps with conversions. However it would have been nice if the all review app for the front page were a slider. The current format is a bit messy, I had to disable it. By messy, i don't mean the design but it appears unevenly on the frontpage. My solution was to diable it and only use it in the product page, which looks quite cool.

Had some issues with importing (my error not theirs) and they cleared it up, walked me through it and have been excellent with support.

Went smoothly till i tried to transfer my shopify reviews, spreadsheet would not work even in their format. Customer service didnt have a clue. Considering the whole function of the app is to allow import of shopify reviews it failed tremendously and was just a waste of time, dont understand how it takes someone this amount of time to solve something like this when this is the sole purpose of the app EDIT: MAG reached out and tried to resolve the issue, unfortunately i had already found a different app to use. Its a pity as Ashu was a credit to mag, unfortunately the first person I dealt with was out of their depth

App works great! First it didn`t as we have a customized theme, so i contacted them via chat. No answer, but once i contacted them via Email, within 2 minutes i got a reply! Awesome service. They requested a colab admission, once granted they implemented and customized the app to our theme. AWESOME SUPER FAST SERVICE. And the app is way better than the rest we had so far! Very happy with it.

This is the best app out there. Ashu got back to me instantly and double checked something that I was confused about, helped me tweak their app so it looks abolutely seamless in my store. I am very design-detail oriented person and Ashu made sure that my reviews look just right. Out of the box this looks better than any other app I have tried over the past 10 years. Thank you so much.

App ONLY supports english language at least for the whole E-Mail processing feature. It's not possible to customize or translate those Request Review E-Mails. AppStore says otherwise to that's not an accurate description.

No import/export functions whatsoever. No ability to change review date. Dates are not even implemented.
