Highly recommend this app. Was able to directly import our reviews from the Shopify Reviews App. 1:1 correlation. We did encounter some issues with the text colors the app used on our site, but support was able to get us squared away quickly. Would recommend!

I'm not enjoying using this app at all. I asked a question on Live Chat and didn't get an answer. I set it to get an email when a customer reviews a product, the emails don't arrive. Today the app won't even load. There is an issue where some of my reviews are showing as Pending PII, it looks awful on my website and I can't get an answer from them on how to sort this. I'm thinking of deleting this app but I don't want to lose the reviews I've got. Could someone please get in touch with me?

ne télécharger pas cette application. Elle beug en permanence, des fois les avis s'enlèvent du site c'est vraiment n'importe quoi. Le support ne répond à aucune demande !!!!!!!!!!!!

This app sucks and is a complete waste of time. The customer service is horrible. I have sent it 4 inquires for someone to help but no response. I finally got 1 response sending me the same instructions posted on their app which clearly is no help. DON'T INSTALL THIS APP!

I had some configuration issues with my template. I reached out on a SUNDAY evening at 930 pm using Live Chat and they RESPONDED right away. Gave me custom CSS code within minutes to add to the template. Worked like MAGIC!!!!!

most helpful people, excellent customer service even for a free app. they really want to make the app useful on the website. Update: I needed to extend the length of the review body count, and the developer has been incredibly helpful. While we need to keep the characters in the backend concise, the frontend has more flexibility to accommodate. Thanks again for your assistance.
