Stamped.io makes it so easy to get reviews. Their customer service is amazing. I like how easy it is to customize our layout. The follow-up emails they send have increased the reviews we get.

This is a great App, makes so much easier for customers to leave a review for the product purchased. Their customer service is wonderful, I had trouble installing some features on my website as I'm not very technical and in less then 24 hrs they solved my issue. Thanks to all team at stamped.io for creating this amazing App and for your special customer service! Strongly recommended!

This is the best review app out there. Very affordable, easy to set up, customizable, and full of features. What makes it even better is how incredible their customer service is. They are SUPER responsive, helpful, and hands-on with any questions/issues/customizations. Couldn't be better.

I have been using Stamped.io to collect reviews for many months now, and it really works a treat. My site now offers a level of trust that I did not have before, which is definitely driving sales. I started with the FREE version as this offers enough functionality to start collecting reviews through emailing Customers. (You can even tailor the review email text in the free version, something you can't do with some competitor apps unless you go Premium). I recently upgraded to the BASIC plan so I can incorporate photo reviews, and admittedly I did need some help getting this set up (I am not as technically-minded as many of you out there!) but in terms of Support it has been a breath of fresh air - simply the best Support I have experienced from any Shopify app over the past 4 years. I cannot recommend this app highly enough. HUGE thanks to the Team at stamped.io and keep up the awesome work! 5 Stars!

Great app by all means. Support is phenomenal and nothing is impossible with this vendor. They made a great product with all aspects of functionalities and support till every problem is completely solved. Will use them for more stores!

This is a very easy to set up and use app that blended seamlessly with the look of our site and was straight forward and easy to migrate from one platform to another when the time came. The biggest selling point is the customer support. They are kind, helpful, extremely responsive, and proactive about addressing concerns. They are a case study in quality customer care and ticketing support.

I used to use Yotpo, this app is far superior. It's a cheaper price point for more options, customer support is great and their implementation team is awesome. Love it!

Stamped was really easy to set up and get going with. 3 days after getting set up the reviews from our prior customers are rolling in. They have great documentation and a nice integration with Klaviyo our email marketing system. From a value perspective Stamped.io is amazing and that value scales. We had looked at yotpo amongst other platforms and Stamped.io provided the features that we really wanted for 1/3 of the price. If you are comparing several different platforms, are serious about getting your review program going, are looking for value for money, use this.

Great review app, really easy to use with lots of helpful and customisable features, including automated email prompts. Amazing amount of functionality in the free version too, which is perfect if you are starting out. The customer service is fast to respond and so helpful - really surpassed my expectations!

I couldn't be happier with Stamped! As I specifically chose them due to their credibility in the reviews realm– as they seem like the industry standard from what I can tell. They really deliver. Not just on the ease of use and functionality, but when you reach out to their support they go above and beyond to make sure everything works as you want it to. Even custom requests much later on if you change things with your theme or site. Like in my case, I needed to consolidate product pages and combine reviews. They took the stress away and handled it for me! Thank you so much.

I installed Stamped.io because they allow to group the reviews of similar products together. Honestly, it didn't work for me at first, probably I didn't set it up properly. But their customer support is awesome and I received a reply within minutes and my issue was fixed.

Just set up the app for our home business. Set up was super simple. I love that it imports past orders and sends out the review email to get caught up. I am definitely looking forward to seeing what people have to say about our products.
