Too early to give 5 stars (one week using app) but so far so good. Customer service has been great, prompt and productive. Was able to reach out to previous customers who placed orders and received 16 reviews in one night. If things continue like this I'd give it 5 stars.

great app - with bunch of amazing features. easy to set up and use. definitely recommend. loyalty program is something we will use in the nearest future.

Super easy to install and love that they have a free plan to test it out before committing to a paid plan. I had some things that I needed to tweak and Alyssa helped me with that super quickly. Very happy I decided to go with Stamped.io!

Great and effective app. Customer service was quick and responsive. We have used a few review apps and this is definitely one of the better ones.

UPDATE: We opened 5 expansion stores in Shopify, and Stamped was able to connect our product reviews across each store. They took care of everything in a very timely manner with excellent communication. Still very happy we chose Stamped! _____________________ Adding Stamped reviews to our Shopify store has been key in letting customers know about the quality of our product and how fun it really is! Their customer service is both speedy and helpful - we love that they work with us on solutions. The app works great and they include a lot options for customization. I love that the app knows when to send out review request emails - which is based on our own timeline. The team was happy to help us upload prior customers from a provided date range. We are happy to see our high review rating tied in to our Google search results. Thumbs up on this app!

This app has helped us collect customer reviews. We used to use the free Shopify one, but this is bringing much better responses! (customers actually write reviews regularly now. They didn't used to before...). Their support are very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

We use Stamped for are online reviews. We found it to be a more cost effective option than many others available. The support team have been incredible in helping us iron out any issues.

This app is awesome. It does so many things well but what I really enjoy is the increase in positive reviews I have received without having to do any customer follow up!

Its easy to install and comes with alot of futures even in the free version. But more important, they have a outstanding support! I'm only on the free version for now, but this team is so nice, fast and competent. thank you very much! Sonja
