Very useful app and it works perfect. Customer service is great! I had some questions and concerns. As soon as i let them know the team solved immediately my problem.

Far exceeds the basic review ability of shopify. Much better layout, ability to request reviews from customers and entice them with discounts is helpful in getting social proof (in the form of reviews). Thank you!

This is the best app for reviews and the customer service is amazing. I was having some difficulty and they went in and setup everything exactly the way I wanted.

What I like the most is not only the app but also their service. The team has been very helpful. What really amazed me is that it seems they have their tech people as the service, so they could always easily understand what my problem is. I am so glad that I do not need to repeat my question or even to explain it. Excellent!!!

Support is awesome, usually same day response which really makes a difference. Martin especially is on the ball and great to work with. Easy to follow installation of scripts or they can do it for you for a fee. The platform is designed to navigate with ease and setting up customised emails, branding, styling etc is simple. NO coding required!

Stamped.io is the best review platform for Shopify. It gives you many options that other platforms don't have out of the box. Their support has been great as well. When we've had an issue, they took care of it right away.

This app works very well on my Shopify store and has many features that help manage and collect reviews (i.e. Social Push, various email settings, coupons, checkout integration etc...). I've been using the app for nearly 6 months now and am very happy with the app. Also, I contacted support once or twice with a few questions and once to fix a small item that I did not understand - support has been fantastic and very responsive and very fast. I recommend this app.

Very good customer service. They reply fast and can code into your theme if necessary. To really support your sale the app need the first paid package so you can add pictures to customers review.
