This app works great and is priced much lower than the competition. My product star ratings show up in Google Shopping. The only thing it doesn't do is Google business ratings.

I've been using this reviews app for many years and I really like the options it offers (such as the full page reviews, the product reviews badge, and the all-reviews carousel that I can place on product pages, home page, or almost anywhere else I want) and the support from Tommy at Stamped.io is amazing. He's always helpful and quick to respond. Thank you for a really great reviews app!

I got this app to send review request emails. It does that and so much more. It also includes in store reviews which is awesome. So I don’t need the seperate Shopify reviews app. The team at stamped.io were quick to help me tweak a few colours and template settings to match my store. Very happy with the support from Tommy and Ivan first class.

We just installed the stamped.io app on our dog collar and leash story and love it. Super easy to install and a large percentage of our customers are now leaving a review. They appreciate the simplicity. Pricing is also reasonable. Thumbs up!

Reviews are important and Stamped makes this possible. I like that we can share banners to social media and the SEO helps drive traffic.

Easy to set up and I love that I can customize the way the widget displays. I had a few questions when I installed the app and the team at Samped.io was quick to respond and fixed a small coding issue right away. I definitely recommend this app!

I was looking for an app that would help me send emails to my customers with the exact products they purchased so they can easily review them. Its only day 2 in my free trial and I already have a review. Yay! I had some issues importing my old reviews into Stamped.io but when I contacted customer service, it was instantly fixed for me. They also updated my reviews widget as soon as I asked them about it. I'm impressed with the customer service and the app functionality thus far.

What I enjoyed: 1. The support: the support is simply phenomenal. They do a great job helping you with your request. I was really satisfied with the level of care I received. I think customer support is super important because when adding a new app there are often times a learning curve. The supporting staff makes that learning curve easier to climb. 2. The instagram curation and check-out micro-reviews are huge for our store because right away we were able to gather user generated contents since we have a crowd on Instagram. What I did not enjoy: It's not necessarily what I did not enjoy, but rather what could be improved. 1. It will be helpful to have a video conference / training session from the support team. It will speed up the onboard process since sometimes issues are just easier to express over video or screen share. 2. I think the layout builder could be a little better or have more feature. For instance, the reward reply email didn't have the option to add in the company address. I contacted the support team to put it in. To me it's important because every email should comply with CAN-SPAM Law. 3. Having a UI where user can input their own pre-header would be nice since those things can improve open rate. Again, these are features that are nice to have since they are available in Klaviyo (we use Klaviyo as our ESP), but from development point maybe it's difficult? Overall it's still an easy5 stars because I respect companies that devote their time in their customer support. Lots of softwares and tools now can do the same thing, but when it comes down to it, who can provide the best support is the difference maker to me.

Many thanks for a great and free product! I use this app to get reviews of my products in my online store. I especially like that it will send an email to customers asking them to review a recently purchased product. I had an issue with one of the features but was able to resolve with the assistance of Stamped,io support team. They were very quick to respond to all of my emails and pleasant to deal with.

We tried both Shopify Product Reviews and Loox before switching to Stamped.io. This app has lots of options for using/displaying widgets differently and great features such as automated email review requests and more. Setup in some ways is a little more technical (adding code to theme files) but not hard. Big shout-out as well to their customer service. We submitted a request for 2 issues, heard back and had both resolved within an hour... on a Sunday afternoon. Lots more to do with this app that we haven't gotten to yet! 5 stars for sure.
