Whenever I have questions or need assistance, Stamped.io is always there to help. Great app. Excellent customer service team. They really outperform when it comes to how well their app converts as well for the cost. They do not gouge for extra money like some other apps will do as you increase in size. Their team is amazing to work with and really make you not have to code or do anything drastic either to get their app to work how you want it.

This is absolutely the best reviews app on the Shopify app marketplace. The app is easy to use and navigate but what I really want to mention here is the customer service. Wow! We had an issue with our site and within minutes a staff member was on our case. The agent that helped us knocked it out of the park and fixed the issues on our site immediately.

First of all, this is the best review app on the market for the price PERIOD. The reviews are searchable, they allow for tags, and the whole look/feel is highly customizable. However, what I like even more than the app itself is the support team behind it. They are incredible. If you have ANY issues with this app, the support team will fix them IMMEDIATELY. I have never received better support from an app company in my life

Every time that we have had to reach out to Stamped, they have been so quick to respond and so kind. They ALWAYS have my issues resolved within 1-2 hours at the most. Most of the time much quicker than that!! If I could give them 6 stars I would I have had the privilege of working with multiple people ( Sid and Brittany come to mind first ) They are incredible! Thank you so much for the quick and helpful resolutions!

Had a problem with checkout reviews not displaying on the website. Customer service resolved this is within 2 hours. Great service.

A brilliant app! Ver easy to use and having real customer reviews on my website help with conversion. I'd also like to add customer support and very helpful, which is greatly appreciated by a tech novice such as me :-)

Seriously the best review app on the market. We've tried other ones and Stamped is the most affordable, with the most features and an AMAZING support team, super fast and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMENDS, I couldn't be more impressed and happy with this company. I Highly recommend.

it seems okay but doesn't seem functional with Shopify PAID THEMES which is unfortunate .... waiting for support

Stamped.io offers so many features for quite a good value. Their customer support is super responsive and so helpful. Some of the best out there! They helped import and map in all of our product reviews from Yotpo with ease and also helped with various customization and formatting of the Stamped.io widgets on our website. Highly recommended!

Very easy to implement, I like that the reviews are collected right within the email. It integrates very nicely with my theme, currently using Venture. Also nice that I can customize the email with the look and feel of my store.

I installed Stamped.io with the assistance of their amazing support team (well Judy to be exact). The support was prompt and exacting. I've been using the app for 2 days and have already started to receive 5 star reviews. "If you don't ask you don't receive." :)

I start using this app about a month ago. Until now everything running great, app is easy to use and support excellent. Wish would be possible to add specific features without changing the plan.
