I was trying to upgrade but for some reason, it wasn't letting me, so I reached out to them. Rachelle in customer service responded in a timely manner and helped me out. I really liked that I didn't get some generic response, they reassured me that it upgraded without any issues and now I feel even more confident that I made the right decision in choosing. I've tried some of the other review apps but I prefer the UI/UX on this one.

Amazing app. Great help in getting all set up. Works seamlessly with my Shopify site and looks really slick. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, but high-quality reviews app for their store.

I have used a few review apps, including yotpo for many years and was on their highest plan. They are great, but they are also like 10x more expensive. They have overhead with staff that other review apps don't have including this one. This app works just as well, the support may not be phone priority support, and you don't have a dedicated account rep in your pocket... But it bets paying almost a grand a month. This price point and what they offer is fantastic and has everything that the other companies has and more. Tommy and his team are quick to respond and has helped us tremendously make the transition easy and seamless. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Stamped.io is a great reviews app, but more importantly they have one of the most responsive support teams I've ever worked with.

Easy to set-up and user friendly for your clients. Highly recommend this app for those who value testimonials from your clients. Always coming up with new features every couple of months and the customer service is fantastic.

Stamped is one of the few apps I've been impressed with from Day 1. I have been ULTRA impressed with literally everything across the board which says a lot because I am extremely demanding. I was skeptical at first because Shopify apps are usually garbage and overpriced. Within 5 days from installing the app I was able to import all my Amazon reviews, sent review requests to 2,000 past customers to generate several hundred organic reviews (with photos!), and have images and pictures all over my storefront. The app looks great on mobile and doesn't slow down the site at all. It definitely generates organic traffic back to the site too, which is always great to help keep repeat business. The only area to keep in mind is that it took the developer time to get it configured properly. Maybe 7-8 hours of low-level development work, but could do it faster with a better developer. We'll probably tweak some visuals slightly, since I'm trying to figure out how to display half-star ratings (3.5 or 4.5 stars, instead of rounding up/down) Also want to give props to customer support. They were absolutely fantastic, based in Singapore I think. Great english, ultra fast response times, extremely helpful in responding and resolving our issues. Needless to say, I went from ultra skeptical to upgrading to an annual plan on the business tier. 5 stars for sure.

While we are new customers and are just starting to use this app, we do feel like the customer support for the app is very good. We were using this app in conjunction with another one and needed to display customer reviews. The 2 apps were not 100% compatible. The Stamped.io team was extremely persistent and supportive until they were able to achieve my desired results. I feel they have a good product and the support makes using it an absolute pleasure.

I've worked with dozens of app developers. Recently we faced an issue where the widget was not functioning properly due to a conflict with our theme's code. Stamped responded quickly and had the issue resolved immediately. We all know in this business time is money. The fact that Stamped responded so quickly to resolve this critical issue is beyond impressive. I highly recommend this company and this app!! Excellent job!

So far so good. Support has been very helpful during the onboarding process. We'll update our review once we have a bit more time with the app now that we're live. Update: app works great! Affordable, fast and good support and a ton of features and ways to customize. Highly recommended!

Easy setup and import of reviews from Shopify Review App. Customer service was prompt and they took care of everything I needed to get started. After a test of sending emails to my existing customers I started getting new reviews. Tons of features to use! Excellent overall app!
