I use this app for customer reviews and it works awesome! The customer service is great and they've helped me out a few times very quickly.

I can't express how happy I am with this! It's not only increased my sales, but the number of people that add photo reviews. Customer service is top notch. They helped me right away with any issues. FYI you don't have to leave a review on start up... just push "skip" to move to the next step.

OMG I absolutely LOVE this app! Super easy to set up, incredibly responsive support team and once it's up you can just sit back and watch the reviews roll in...Easily customize to your site's branding for a seamless professional look. Since installing the app our average order value has increased by 34% and store conversion rates are up 79%.

PAINLESS transition from YotPo. Wish I would have done it 2 years ago... I would have saved myself close to $12,000.

This app is great. Simple review form but good looking and easy for customers to submit. I would like it better if the reviews showed up higher on the product page - like just below the Buy button - instead of below the fold where a lot of people probably don't see them. But, still a great app.

We hear your request to show the reviews higher up the product page, our team has assisted to install our star rating badge below the product title and when customers clicked on the star rating they will be redirect to the review widget :) If preferred we can shift the placement of the review widget (on the desktop) below the product image for you as there’s an empty space and at the same time, making use of the space. App works well and good customer service via email. I would prefer if I didn't have to write this review with a 100 character minimum.

I really like this app solicits reviews.. I would love it more if the pricing model was based on results. This would make it friendlier to small companies where you pay more as you grow

The customer service is very friendly and responds fast and proactively. The platform is user-friendly and it looks good. It is easy to use. The only hitch is that I wish Stamped.io would be one of the licensed apps by Google to syndicate both product and seller ratings.

We are really loving Stamped! We love the reviews with photos capability, and we recently enabled the Instagram user content feature on our site and think this is huge for social proof! Can't wait to start using the rewards widget as well. Their customer service is out of this world - quick replies, super helpful, and proactive. Thank you!

The app is relatively easy to use. Helped us received some important reviews from our customers. Back end support was very prompt and efficient, especially James and Ashok.

stamped.io installed the app for me on my store on Christmas eve, at 10 pm! This level of service and commitment is unbeatable! The app works great too and is exactly the price point we were looking for.

Looks far better than Shopify Product Reviews which I was using earlier, and doesn't mess up structured data submissions to Google like Shopify Product Reviews does. Also great response time from developers. Would definitely recommend.
