Warning: After using the reviews app only, I switched to a full year plan of Full Suite (Loyalty and Reviews) with Stamped. The loyalty portion did not work, with an obscure explanation that it would work when I was migrated to their new Loyalty 2.0 (despite the fact I had just signed up). They refunded me, and I returned to working with Smile for Loyalty. Since then (April 19), Stamped is no longer sending review events to Smile, despite the apps being configured correctly. I have escalated service tickets in for over 5 business days with no solution.

It's all very cool. The support team helped us a lot with moving from one platform to another. Especially the support operator Arjun helped us. He explained and advised us in a simple and clear way

I was having some issues with importing our old reviews and reached out to support. Eslam from their team was amazing. He was incredibly quick to respond and point out errors I had made in the my spreadsheet. When I still couldn't make it work on my side, he went ahead and did the import which was so appreciated. There are so many moving parts on websites that it's really helpful when a support team can solve an issue. Excited to continue to use their service now to collect reviews.

It was a little hard to figure out the format for importing existing reviews, but the team was extremely nice and helpful, and now it feels easy to use. The reviews also look very nice on my store. Thank you.

Love this app! Lots of flexibility with how to showcase reviews, great follow up emails that can be set to send at specific intervals to customers post-receipt of order, and amazing customer service.

We have been using this app for many years now on our 2 sites. It is very user friendly and offers many features. We were using this app initially to send automated emails to our customers to review our products once they received their order but now that Shopify has sunset their own product review app, we are now using Stamped for this as well. We did experience a hiccup with this transition- no fault of Stamped. In fact. customer support was very responsively and quick at getting it all sorted out for us and it's working perfectly.

I recently had a question regarding excluding certain products from our rewards program. Samantha was extremely helpful and kind while helping us come to a solution when we hit a bit of a hiccup. She was prompt to respond to emails, and always a step ahead in finding a solution. Plus, our customers are LOVING being able to earn points on purchases. Great app. Great UI. We ran into a tech issue and their customer support team was super quick and extremely helpful in getting it resolved (specifically Sid). Highly recommended.
