I've been using Stamped.io for about a year and love it. Easy to setup custom email automations to get reviews and easy to publish/unpublish/edit reviews if needed. Additionally I recently needed some help from customer support because of a theme update I did and they fixed my problem super fast. I'll be a customer for life :)

I have used this app for quite a while now. I find it very good with brillaint customer service. It was a bit slow but I got onto the team and they sped up an awful lot. I would recommend going for this app for reviews.

I really like the app! I had a small issue with showing my reviews and literally after one minute i got already a response which not only provided me the solution but implemented it already for me. Seems like a rather small issue but still very much appreciated the help! Can only recommend the app

I would give this app 6 stars if I could. It's absolutely brilliant at management, integration, styling and has a support time what is absolutely exceptional. These guys clearly care deeply about their customers and the service they provide, would recommend to anyone.

Great app, easy to setup and customise and the support you get is fantastic. I have started a few instant message conversations and have always got speedy helpful replies.

I use this app to help increase the social proof of our product and listen to our customer's feedback on what we can improve. Smooth integration and quick customer support when I needed it. Have already recommended to other Shopify business owners.

We are with Stamped since they started. First with Magento and then with Shopify. Integration is very easy. Their service is fast and great. No issues at all. Highly recommended. You get a high value for the price.

We have been using this app for more than three years. Absolutely five stars. It offers all the features we need for a customer review app and the price is much lower that its competitors. Also, the customer service is really responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

I love the fact that you can send emails to customers asking for a review of the product they bought. Our number of reviews rose immensely. Great (and fast) customer support.

We moved over from another review software and couldn't be more impressed with Stamped. Customers service is super responsive and has any requests solved almost immediately. We were also able to implement instant review syncing across our multi-national sites which hasn't been possible with any other software. Easy to view NPS and reviews - great service

I'm using this app to increase reviews on my store with emails. I like how you can customize the emails and schedule when they go out. I also like that you can reply to reviews. It's great that they have a free plan available for stores starting out. Also, their support was quick to respond when I needed to tweak the code for my theme. I'm looking forward to the time when I can upgrade my plan. UPDATE: I did upgrade my plan and love that customers can upload their own images of the product they purchased. I now have a Shopify 2.0 theme and needed help again with the code. Support fixed the code and made a video showing me how they did it.

I've been using Stamped.io with my store for about a year now, and am very happy with the ability to show product reviews, as well as customer images. Since the app shows the reviews as being from a confirmed customer, and the location of the customer, others can take confidence that these are actual and genuine reviews. - LetterSeals.com
