It is a very good app from the technical point of view. I had an administrative glitch that resulted in temporary double charging but the App's customer support worked with Shopify to get double payments refunded. Good app and good customer service!

Our developers have checked and realized that there was 2 accounts being billed for another duplicated store, this usually happens when there’s a additional account signed up separately before installing the Shopify app. We were able to locate the duplicated account and have issued you a full refund for you. I'm still in the trial period but so far this app has been easy to use in terms of importing previous reviews. The best feature is that it automatically sends emails to customers who place an order and allows for them to post reviews with photos. The possibilities are endless with the more premium plans. The team are also really responsive, and helped us set up a faster loading page script within minutes. Fantastic all round.

Great app!! The customer services is unbelievable! I started collecting reviews since the first day I installed and set up the app. Totally recommended!
Not only is the app wonderful, and provide customers a venue to leave feedback on products for others to review but the support is AMAZING as well. They always respond very quickly and help out with any questions or implementations we may need help with.
Easy to use and they are VERY helpful if there is an issue. They get back to you right away. Ap works great and the ability to add pics to our reviews really helps build customer trust.

I'd been looking for a review app for quite long time now and found Stamped.io a few more ago, decided to give it a try and have to say it's a great app! I'm little against the high monthly fees of Shopify apps but the basic and free version of Stamped.io is good enough for my store at the moment. Highly recommend it if you're getting started.

My reviews disappeared when I had to upgrade to the basic plan. But I emailed the support team and they helped me out instantly! Very happy with their customer service. Also lots of cool ways to display your reviews and all easily customisable. Ultimately, great value review app and great customer service.
We've been using this app for months now and love it! It has helped us grow our business and create a lot of social proof for cold traffic.
Update 2: I have come around from 1 Star to giving Stamped a 5 Star review. Number one reason for this change of heart is their fantastic customer service that get back mostly within 24 hours. UPDATE 1: The customer service is pretty much unbeatable. They deserve alone 5 stars. OLD REVIEW: Okay for free, but the basic plan left me wanting for 15 USD per month. Overall I am very surprised that this app is rated so high. So let me start with the most obvious flaw: It says here the basic plan is 9 USD but once you have the app, the basic plan is 15 USD. This carelessness with small details is continued throughout the app. While the customer service is fast, I actually think for downloading or uploading reviews contacting them is an elegant solution. Further, the preview is often faulty or not displayed at all. Some time you get error message that are just blank box. I have submitted screenshoots to their team to look into this, but received no comment which makes me feel they do not care about having such annoying mistakes even towards paying customers. I could go on, but I leave it with that: Good for free, but not recommended for upgrades.

This plan is available once you've installed the app and go through the pricing and setup page :) After checking the conversations, we realised that our support team has replied to all support tickets within a few hours including assisting with importing your existing reviews. Great app. Much more reasonably priced than competition. The support is very helpful and quick to respond.
