So far so good! We've only been using Stamped.io for reviews for a short time, but the installation process was easy and the support staff helped us take care of any issues pretty much immediately. We picked Stamped.io because we liked how easy it was to automatically request a review after purchase via email, and we decided to give the Checkout Reviews a try too. Thanks for the help along the way!

Stamped.io is something I switched to in order to save a little money from using Yotpo. Yotpo is a great program but very expensive for a small business. After installing Stamped.io and importing all of my reviews, I quickly started realizing that it was just as good, if not better than Yotpo for a fraction of the cost. I have also been super impressed with their customer service. I needed help with a few things and it took them just a few minutes to get back with me via email and answer my question and even help me out with some settings on the app a time or two. Thank you Stamped.io for such a great app and for making it affordable for us small businesses on Shopify! Keep up the great work!

If you sell anything on Shopify you need to be collecting customer reviews. If you’re not doing it already, Start Now! This app makes the process of collecting verified customer reviews as simple and streamlined as possible. It automates the entire process of emailing customers after they’ve had the product for a set amount of time, and even gives you the option of offering them a coupon or discount for leaving a review, it’s a great customer retargeting tool in itself! I had some issues installing the code for the embedded reviews, but I messaged the Stamped.io support staff and they were able to install it for me in a matter of minutes. They even modified to code a bit to match my website. Overall a great customer service experience that legitimately inspired me to provide this level of service to my own customers. A++ Stamped.io app is worth every dollar! The app is super easy to use and dominates all review apps, customers really respond and give reviews. It does take about 3 weeks to really get going on all aspects and see results. 5 stars A+ support and tech - Ivan is the best. So lucky we found this app, A+ really this app is a must have for Shopify websites. Great pricing and Great Admin THE STAMPED.IO APP WORKS! (1000 times better than google reviews) thanks.

I use this app to collect reviews on my products and it's been fantastic. It's easy to use and the customer service is phenomenal. They are always so responsive when I have questions and willing to help. Would definitely recommend!

I was really impressed today with the customer service. I had a question about why a review didn’t publish, and I received help within an hour after sending in my inquiry. Not only did I get the answers I needed, but Rachelle and Ivan helped me install the widget 2.0 to be able to publish longer reviews on my site. They told me exactly what to do and took care of it quickly and with no charges. Amazing!

Love this app so much. __________________________ I started off with the unpaid version and was ready to commit to a paid plan straight off the bat and Im not usually one to go with paid apps. The customer service is unreal and respond to your emails super fast. Im really bad with coding so the team helped me integrate the coding for my website to show reviews on my home page and on my shop products page within a few hours. Would highly recommend this app
