Great platform. We nearly went with a more expensive competitor platform and I am so glad we didn't. It does everything you will need and easy to use. Highly recommend it

Tommy is superhuman! Stamped.io's customer support is insanely good. I'd shoot him an email with a request, make a cup of coffee and by the time I returned to my computer the modification was already done! It feels like we have a dedicated staff member. #respect We are just scratching the surface of the app's full functionality, but so far we are beyond happy. Full disclosure: We'd been using Yotpo for almost five years before switching. I must say that everyone at Yotpo has been wonderful. But as a small business we could not justify investing such a large amount for specific upgrades without knowing the ROI. Stamped.io provides the functionality we need at a justifiable price point.

We love using this app. It engages the customers and have even gotten some to add photos, which is surprising in the B2B world we are in. Thanks for a great system!

Customer service second to none! All questions answered promptly and the app is working like a charm! The photo reviews are excellent and the new checkout reviews look like they are going to be as well. If you need a way for your customers to review your products.. get this App!

I usually never write reviews but for them, I have to. They go above and beyond. Not only do they answer all questions in a few hours they also will do just about any review request you have. Such as adding the five-star badge where you want. I have used this app for 2 years now and never had a problem.

This team has been great. Having some issues with my dev getting the right file, but they have been very helpful in making sure everything is correct. Could not recommend a better company for reviews and q/a function.

We are still on the free trial but so far so good! I love how you can see who they sent the email to, if the customer open the email and if anyone left feedback! I just wish the next plan didn't go from free to $15.00 a month. Maybe like $7.00 or $10.00 and I would have already upgraded!

This app is absolutely great and extremely cost effective when compared to some other product review platforms on the market. The product reviews, without a doubt, have lead to an increase in conversions and sales on our website - our customers find them very useful when choosing products. What's better than the app itself is the service provided by the app creator, specifically Tommy - who is a total superstar! Always quick to reply to emails, always going the extra mile. We cannot recommend Stamped.io highly enough, we'd give it 6/5 if we could.

Hands down the best service and help to get it up and running on our store. Amazing set of options available and the price is more than 1/2 of their closest competitor. Plan on installing it on our other websites as well.

Fantastic app! And customer service from Rachelle has been excellent. Rachelle helped with the google Shopping integration and I look forward to seeing some great results. I have found the app very easy to use and navigate.

This has been a great product for us so far. It's allowed us to not only see the good but also the bad feedback from customers and reach out to them to resolve their issues quickly. There are so many features packed into this app that we've only scratched the surface of what you can do with it - but we will dive deeper into it when we get some more time. Some of the documentation seems to be a bit thin (or we weren't reading it well enough) but the customer support team have been able to really quickly answer our questions and get us up and running when we've been stuck on anything - shout out to Rachelle, thanks for your assistance!

We used to work with Yotpo, for a much higher (Muuuuuch higher price), the features in Stamped are more than any other reviews system and the support its AMAZING they, literally, answer in 5 minutes... Just amazing!

We switched from YotPo to Stamped.io and I cannot believe we waited this long to make the switch. The app itself is simple to use, highly effective, and very clean on our website. The price is very fair for what you receive! It does what Yotpo does plus a lot more, for 1/10th the price. The thing I'm most impressed with is the service that the stamped.io team provides. I'm completely blown away by the support that's given when anything goes wrong. They even helped me with an issue with our theme that was not caused by them. I work late into the night and send e-mails expecting responses the next day. Stamped.io, however, is there to help immediately after sending a support request. Shopify needs more apps & developers of this calibre.

Incredibly happy with the product and service! Coming from Yotpo the difference is night and day. Not only are the same features offered for a fraction of the price, the support is the best of any we've received and miles better than Yotpo. We're all puzzled here as to how a company like Yotpo can still exist when Stamped.io is around.. So far we have zero complaints whatsoever and are now collecting reviews from very happy customers at a rate far far greater than we ever were with Yotpo. Thanks so much guys!
