I honestly wish I could give Tommy and his Team here at Stamped.IO more than 5-Stars, because after working with many Apps and Teams, I have to say these guys are the best! First of all, let's start with the APP. I was a long time YOTPO User, and have looked at MANY additional Review Apps and Stamped.IO is AMAZING actually and VERY well done! You get a TON of Bells & Whistles, and honestly if there ever was an APP worth the Premium $29.99, this would be it. Some quick plugs on the APP itself, as I find that the Widgets/Formatting/Review Emails and just then overall "look & feel" that my Customers see is MUCH better than before. It just looks GOOD! You will NOT be disappointed with this as your REVIEW PARTNER. Their GROUPS feature is GREAT, and I found their Onboarding and Importing of my previous APPS very well done. Now to speak to something that seems like it has gone away with many APP developers here, and that is Customer Service. Tommy has been AMAZING at getting back to me on a timely basis. Excellent app. It works really nicely. The support team is amazing - they went above and beyond to help me get it to display exactly as I wanted. I know there are a number of review app options out there, but I would highly recommend this one!

Been working with Tommy on our integration. He’s been helpful beyond compare, and its been a great help to our recently launched Shopify site. We moved our site over from Yahoo store in August, and working with Tommy and Stamped has made the transition pleasant with respect to reviews. Their ability to set up a review tool to fit our Theme and draw customers to post images of their product installs has been just awesome.

The app is great but the best part is the SERVICE is CRAZY GOOD! In a day when people expect mediocre customer service at best Tommy is doing it right. You will see many reviews saying customer service is good and so is the product. I agree and could not recommend this product more. Good Job Tommy and stamped.io! Brent

Great app, it brings a lot of customers back and attracts new customers. The price is fair . To the customer service team a would give a 10/10, super responsive and incredibly helpful (and fast).

Love the value that Stamped brings. SOOO Many features for such a reasonable price. They even added a few suggestions I had to their dev pipeline. Highly recommended!

Great app, straight forward to use, and makes things simpler for us to know that review emails are being sent out automatically to all our customers! The best thing is that customers can write reviews directly in the email rather than having to click on another link, increasing the chances of them actually leaving a review!

Installed yesterday evening with the hopes I could figure it out on my own. Once I realized how I still can not code correctly, I sent an email stamp.io support and received one this morning at 7am from Rachelle. They have been installing and moving things to my liking without even a blink of an eye. I did move up to the Enterprise Solution and look forward to growing along side of you Stamps.io! Love the app so far. The basic set up was easy and the results have been positive. It definitely gets customers to write reviews that they otherwise would not make the effort to do. I highly recommend it. Adding to my review as I've been using the app for a while now and I'm still just as happy with the results. Plus, customer service is always very responsive to any questions or changes I want to make which makes life so much easier. Thank you!

First I have to say, excellent customer service. Responsive and timely. We've had real success in getting reviews from our customers utilizing their app. And when we needed additional functionallty, by adding a clickable url to a review, they quickly made the necessary adjustments. Thank you Stamped.

So far, so good. We have the Basic plan. We have not yet taken the reviews live, but the setup has been easy. I requested a template change particular to our customer base, and they fulfilled my request the same day. Will update once we see how many customers are actually reviewing. Update: We've been up and running on Stamped.io for about 3 months now. The dashboard is easy to use and the everything seems to be working just as promised. We have had lower engagement than we would like, but we are not offering a percent discount which likely accounts for that. All in all we are very pleased, and the customer service is excellent.

The support team is great, very responsive and always helps out if needed. The app is working great, the review syndication between products is also a perfect solution when using multiple stores. The app itself and team behind it are very professional. The number of reviews we are getting is already raising from day to day. Highly recommended!

Tommy and his team at stamped.io are fantastic. I had a lot of questions about moving forward with their paid service and they answered each question for me in a timely manner. They help me set up my campaigns and I've never seen more product reviews come to my site. They are substantially less expensive then other product review platforms and they provide just as much and in some cases more. I'm very happy with my decision.

Love this app! We're moved over from Yotpo to Stamped.io, and all of the same features seem to be available at a fraction of the price. What's even more amazing is the support we get from the reps over at Stamped. My issues are resolved within a day or two so I can continue running my store without worrying about the reviews working or integrating properly. This company has truly exceeded my expectations from their product to their service - they're the best!

This is a fantastic app that offers functionality comparable to services that charge a tremendous amount more money! I know this personally, as I researched a number of potential services that could handle and leverage product reviews for our website. Many of these services wanted well over $10,000 per year, and some of those packages did not offer the level of functionality that the Product Reviews Addon app allows. To put it simply, I am beyond impressed and pleased with the functionality and usability of this app! I am so happy that we found the Product Reviews Addon app!
