This is app is really invaluable. We had just been using the free version for some time but generate a large number of orders monthly. Finally just upgraded so we could generate lots of review content on our website and it has been wonderful to see the feedback. Positive or negative it helps us improve, follow up with people who need further assistance, and ultimately build trust with current and future customers. It has been a little trying figuring out some of the functionality but the support team has been prompt in following up and assisting with any and all requests and questions. Looking forward to seeing how this improves our metrics and relationship with customers. PLUS it's much more affordable than a lot of competitor apps and does much of the same things. I have been using the trial version and it works great. Sends out emails to customers asking them to review the products they purchased.

I've been using this APP for about 9 months and it's terrific. It is easy to use, easy to customize and it works well with Shopify's product reviews APP. Their customer service is terrific as well. After trying several services for collecting reviews over the years, this one is the best! Update in 2019: over the last 2 years they have added more features and honestly, this APP and the customer service is the best!

These guys will really really really do anything to get you up and running. I have written 50+ emails back and forth with them now (yes im not good with computers) and they answer really quick and take their time, to explain everything to me! I wrote them today (sunday!) and they replied within 10 minutes, with a fix to my issue! That kind of customer service is so amazing! I love this app. It's very easy to install and configure. It makes getting product reviews from customers a snap ! And, I don't have to do any time consuming legwork to ask for the reviews :)

The support team of this app is world first class. They kept helping me until I was happy with the implementation of their service on my page, I asked a lot of customizations on the code to be honest and they did never stop helping me until I was happy. All the onboarding happened in less than 2hrs. AMAZING!
