Quite possibly our favorite app in Shopify. Has helped us improve all around trust on our site, has improved the frequency of customers leaving us reviews, has improved the all-around user-friendliness of our website, improved our appearance in search results, I could go on and on... Support from Tommy has been top-notch as well.

These guys are awesome! We were using Yotpo but switched over. Very happy with that decision! Tommy is super helpful and very responsive.

So ive been using this app since 2018 and it used to be very good with great support, but i believe it was sold to a different devolper or their support has gone down the drain. I have been dealing with a consistent issue regarding the social push now for over 6 months and support always tells me that they will escalate the issue and let me know when it will be resolved, but it never gets resolved. Not sure where to go from here with this poor support

Great app! We use it for all our customer reviews. We like how easy they make it and their support team is always very helpful.

We switched over from Yotpo with great trepidation. Yotpo's sales team does a great job of creating fear of going with a smaller app developer and all the bad things that might happen. But we're very happy with Stamped! The managed the migration for us completely seamlessly. We now have functionality that was missing on Yotpo. support has been superb, and... We're saving a LOT of our hard earned money. Thanks to the Tommy and the whole team at Stamped.

Great app, I signed up to offer photo options for my customers' reviews and LOVE the checkout comments feature as well. Brings regular (and always positive) SEO content to my product listings. Great customer service as well. All-in-all, a great app!

We had a problem with plan upgrade/changes however Stamped was fast to correct and resolve the problem. With customer service like that its hard to beat so we will be continuing with Stamped. Thank you.

I have dealt with dozens of apps, many of which have good customer service, some just average. But Stamped.io blows them all out of the water with the best service I have ever experienced from a tech company. The app itself is great, widgets are amazing, and I believe it has increased my sales. But when I contacted them with a small problem they went above and beyond in helping me resolve that problem. They answered my emails quickly, fixed an issue that I had caused, and did so with amazing proficiency. I strive to have my company emulate this customer service experience. Really great!

Had a minor bug with products that had an " in the title got truncated after the " -- The support contact got back to me almost immediately with a solution. Absolutely amazing response time, and the app itself makes it super easy for anyone to leave a detailed review. Pretty great app.

Works great! We've seen a substantial increase in legitimate reviews and it has helped us resolve customer service issues that we may have not known about, just from sending out review requests. Installation was easy and didn't take long to get everything running. Definitely one of the better apps on the Shopify platform.

These guys are the BEST in the business! They constantly go above and beyond provide quick and no hassle support and reply to emails lightening fast unlike some other apps we have used in the past! Having used this app for nearly a year and can recommend them to any Merchant who wants to improve their conversion rate and provide customer confidence. The widgets are clean and well coded, they sit seamlessly on our website, the colours and branding are on point. Anything you need fixed they are always happy to help and dont even complain if you made a mistake and need something re fixed :P I have had so many customers positive comments about it, since being installed it has definitely brought us more sales! Being able to display customer photos and a trust badge to provide confidence to first time customers is invaluable to any online store. I would love it if the pricing was a little bit cheaper, but you can grow with their plans. All in all - its great value for the service and product you receive. We decided not to keep our reviews on other social platforms in case they one day become "pay for play" and held captive, we are proud to use Stamped as our preferred review App. We strongly recommend them to any Merchant looking to add a Reviews widget to their Shopify store.
