Stamped.io are a fantastic Shopify app vendor to deal with. They are always very responsive and attend to our queries promptly and efficiently. They went beyond the call of duty to assist us with our Review Migration from our old platform to Stamped. No request seems to be too big an issue for them to assist with. I would recommend this vendor to any Shopify merchant.

After using Trustpilot and then Turnto, we have switched to Stamped.io What a difference it has been. With Trustpilot, they couldn't figure out how to display the product reviews on our product page. They kept saying that you need to have your developer do it... So then we switched to Turnto because they were the top of the line review company. What a disaster the implementation was. We then switched to shopify and turnto did not have a offering. They said it was possible but we needed to have a developer do it or pay them a couple grand.... And keep paying $750/month. So we found stamped.io and it's been such a relief. We went with their enterprise plan because we wanted the support. I have to say their response time is almost instant! They actually are about us. They want us to succeed and have done everything we have asked and then some. We are extremely pleased with the service and support and also the product! We will recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service, and once it's set up, the app works exactly as it's supposed to. I've removed one star because it is not at all easy to setup, and when we first upgraded to the more expensive and comprehensive version of the app, there wasn't even any explanation of how to access the user portal, so we literally could not figure out how to move forward. As soon as we reached out to Rachelle and Tommy they were super responsive and helpful, but feels like there should be a manual or guide or something to allow users to set themselves up and have a more comprehensive problem solving section. But now that we're set up, we're quite pleased with the product.

Super simple app to install and sort ... and if you have anything you're not quite sure of (like me!) the customer support is quick with the right solution. Looking forward to lots more sales :)

EDIT: Tommy sold the company and now whoever took over has slashed their customer support to non-existant. It used to be minutes to hours before getting help, now it's days to weeks. Really disappointed with the level of service now, to the point where we are considering moving to a different reviews platform. HANDS DOWN, the best review app for Shopify. Tommy Ong and his team worked relentlessly to make me a happy customer. I'm not sure this guy even sleeps - he often responded within minutes (at midnight, during the day). And he did everything he could to custom script a solution for me. Not only that, but I transitioned from another reviews platform with ZERO hiccups. They handled it all for me within a day. Hats off to the team at Stamped, you have an amazing product and support team!

Overall the experience is good and the app is doing the job. The app does not get 5 star because the installation is a bit complicate and the help manual is not clear enough. However, the customer service team is really good and they replied promptly mostly same day if not within 2-3 hours. At the end, the installation is completed by Stamped.io over a weekend. If the manual is more clear then the app definitely deserves a 5 star. There is a lot of functions that I have not used yet so for sure the app can do must more than what I am experiencing now. Overall a well done app with reasonable pricing.

Awesome app! And 1000 better than Yotpo! The custom options are amazing and we get about 10 reviews per day since installing. Support is also top notch. Loving it!

Love this app!! It gives you so many ways to collect reviews from your customers and display them on your site. This truly does help already established customers and potential buyers to buy more confidently when browsing your store. And a special Thanks to Tommy for helping me get the widgets going!

Great app with great support. It's a nice option to add onto the native shopify reviews, without breaking the bank like you would with Yotpo.

The app was very easy to install and customize to perfection in about 30 minutes. I didn’t have any problems at all. (No html coding or knowledge was needed). Really looks great in my store and worked perfectly with my “tabs” on my product pages. I believe it was good for my google ranking as well because it added “keywords” to my pages as written by my customers. Additional Comments: I've been using this APP for over a year. Like most Shopify store owners, eventually you move away from all the "Paid APPS" and buy a custom theme with all the APPS built in. I did just that. I'm on my second "custom theme" now, and this is the one app that that will always be a part of my themes. Thanks to the excellent support (not to mention very quick to respond and take action) moving to a new theme was very easy. I guess the old saying is true, "You get what you pay for!". This is a quality APP with Quality support. Special thanks to Martin for the extra attention and custom setup.

Great app with phenomenal customer support. Delivers value far beyond its price point. When I find bugs, they are insanely quick to fix them, and helpful when I need to know how to use a feature. Love, love, love! Update: Still awesome. Still amazing customer service. Still (cue music) lovin' it.

Had an issue with the app - we imported tens of thousands of orders and for some reason they ALL went to the queue to send product review emails! We didn't notice before upgrading our account and sending 5,000 emails to customers that ordered 10 years ago. Stamped.io helped us clear out the queue and reset our limit so we could send review requests to recent customers. They responded very quickly and had us fixed in just a few hours total. No app is going to work flawlessly so having responsive and capable support makes all the difference in the world.
