We have used this app for 2 years on our store www.holiboli.com selling women's clothing. It is wonderful. I recommend it for any retailer. Easy to use. Set it up and let it work away perfectly for you. Easy. Brilliant.

I just recently downloaded this app and am very satisfied already. The support team quickly helped me with the few questions I had and were very extremely nice and helpful while doing so. I couldn't afford the premium plan for Yotpo so did a lot of research on alternatives. This app has proved to be a great alternative at a fraction of the cost. It seems to contain most of the important features that Yotpo does anyways. I highly recommend!

Big thanks to these guys. Helped with on boarding initially, and also helped with changing some design elements to fit with my redesigned storefront. We have only been using this app for a few days but so far they have been very responsive to assisting getting the app set up. I have had product review up on our site for about 3 weeks. and only received one review. After downloading my customer file into this app last night and blasting out review requests this morning, I have already received 4 reviews. So it definitely works Decorators Supply Corp

This is a great app! Really easy to setup and customize to match my store. Once everything is all setup, it's all automated making my life a lot easier.

First of all, the app is awesome. I love how it is automated and how easy it is to use. I am not at all tech proficient and I was able to set this app up in my Shopify store and make changes with little to no problem. When I did have a question, the company responded same day and went waaay above and beyond my expectations. I choose the products and services that I buy based on customer service and Stamped.io is leaps and bounds above any other app I've worked with or service I've purchased. Thanks you! This is hands-down the best app for Shopify. It's an excellent way to build up customer testimonials and social proof PLUS Tommy and his team are amazing! They answer any questions lightning-fast and really feel like an extension of your team. 10 stars for this app!

Stamped's customer service is blazingly fast, and they're willing to do custom tweaks for you, if it's possible. Getting reviews has never been easier, and if you have any problems, they're always there to help.

This app is on the forefront of the review game. They spend less time making the UI stupid simple and more time on features that matter. This means it's more complicated to setup but their customer service will literally do everything for you if you email them. I have sent them on a goose change to customize my reviews to be exactly how I wanted them using their own developers. It isn't something you experience very often with tech companies and its much more valuable for your company if you take advantage of what they're offering here.

Great app, but the customer service is even greater! Not only do they email you back immediately, but they resolve the issue immediately too. Best app experience I've ever had by far!

Stamped.io are a fantastic Shopify app vendor to deal with. They are always very responsive and attend to our queries promptly and efficiently. They went beyond the call of duty to assist us with our Review Migration from our old platform to Stamped. No request seems to be too big an issue for them to assist with. I would recommend this vendor to any Shopify merchant.

After using Trustpilot and then Turnto, we have switched to Stamped.io What a difference it has been. With Trustpilot, they couldn't figure out how to display the product reviews on our product page. They kept saying that you need to have your developer do it... So then we switched to Turnto because they were the top of the line review company. What a disaster the implementation was. We then switched to shopify and turnto did not have a offering. They said it was possible but we needed to have a developer do it or pay them a couple grand.... And keep paying $750/month. So we found stamped.io and it's been such a relief. We went with their enterprise plan because we wanted the support. I have to say their response time is almost instant! They actually are about us. They want us to succeed and have done everything we have asked and then some. We are extremely pleased with the service and support and also the product! We will recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service, and once it's set up, the app works exactly as it's supposed to. I've removed one star because it is not at all easy to setup, and when we first upgraded to the more expensive and comprehensive version of the app, there wasn't even any explanation of how to access the user portal, so we literally could not figure out how to move forward. As soon as we reached out to Rachelle and Tommy they were super responsive and helpful, but feels like there should be a manual or guide or something to allow users to set themselves up and have a more comprehensive problem solving section. But now that we're set up, we're quite pleased with the product.
