Stamped.io is a fantastic product. It allow you to manage your site reviews with ease, and offers tons of features to choose from. They also have the best service I encountered from shoipify apps. They respond quickly and always doing their best to keep their customers happy. On one occasion, Tommy found something configured wrong on my site. He offered to fix it immediately by himself and without asking extra change. One more thing to note is that I recently upgraded to ent plan and used their google merchant reviews service which was approved by google in less than a week.

I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of this app and the team behind it. Being in the business of reviews they know how to generate good ones. Exceptionally simple to set up, but once you have the basics down you can go way deeper. The app has an enormous variety of functions. The support was quick (30 minute replies to all questions), flexible and seamless. People talk a lot about Yotpo but complain a lot about service and price. This app is better in every way.\r\n\r\nSeriously brilliant. A must have for all stores wanting social proof.

Been a couple of weeks and so far so good. Importing from YotPo was fine and unlike said platform, I don't need to pay USD$8K a year to get SEO access to review data in Google crawls. Update 2019. Two years on, these guys still rock. Obsessive customer focus and service.

Been super stoked on the app. Much, much more affordable than a product like Yotpo and with much of the functionality. The team has been responsive to all of our questions and the app has functioned well. Just this week Shopify Reviews app had some issue and deleted a ton of reviews, but ours were intact because we had this app. Pretty great

SO amazing to see the reviews POURING in, without my having had to lift much of a finger. We got 22 reviews in one day this week! And customers being able to do the review right IN the email and hit submit is a great UX. LOVE this app. Thanks so much!

stamped.io has been a brilliant addition to my site. i previously tried yotpo and was turned off by their excessive/aggressive sales tactics (they called my cell phone nonstop during business hours trying to get me to upgrade my account and were CRAZY expensive in comparison to stamped.io) ... stamped.io has not only saved me a ton of money, but it offers EVERY key feature i need/want. (the only thing i wish for is a sweet tooth/smile.io integration) ... but now my customers can see all +/- 700 reviews on one page instead of scrolling through all my products. love it! thank you!

I switched from Yotpo to Stamped.io and boy am I glad I did. I won't miss having to negotiate with Yotpo every year moving forward. Stamped's pricing is very clear and you get more features for less than 1/2 the price over Yotpo.

This app works well in conjunction with the Review App offered by Shopify. It adds a number of features that we find very useful on our site, including the ability of users to attach images, a "Verified Buyer" badge and automated emails requesting reviews. The support is excellent and responded to me within minutes.

The app is a must have for all Shopify stores. It's priced fairly, its functionality is top notch, and the customer service is exceptional. So far it's my favorite of 20+ apps I'm using. They keep coming out with new features and new integrations which just improves an already outstanding product.

Well it sends review emails that look well. Which is great but the recommendations are not so great, I have no idea where it gets the products to recommend but it doesn't seem to be base on much logic it seems to be a very closed random selection. Also this is not free as advertised or even close. Now I write apps I understand you have ongoing costs and $30 is maybe IMO expensive but explainable, but please don't advertise as free it comes across as a little underhanded lads.

This is by far the best review app for shopify. First of all the customer service and response from stamped.io is the best of any app I have with shopify. I worked with Tommy to get everything working and he is sooo helpful. When any issue arises stamped io support has been amazing. They really make the process painless. As far as the app itself, we have a particular industry that we cater to. Customer reviews and feedback mean a lot to our buyers and having custom fields for customers to fill out helps us get more info for and from our customers. :) This app also integrates with our loyalty rewards program through Swell. Originally we got it to work with swell - very pleased.
