Very easy to use. Pricing is reasonable. Everything is working as expected. Very happy so far. After few months, everything still works very well. I upgraded to higher plan, and I am happy with it. UPDATE: January 2019 - still using this app, everything is working great! Highly recommended. UPDATE: April 2021 - still using it, works great. UPDATE: November 2021 - still using it, works great, customer support is 5+ stars

We've used a few review apps in the past on other stores. Some will skin you with high pricing. Others will limit you with options. Product Review Addon fits right at the top as being affordable but still offering the same great options that the expensive ones have. We've seen great results with their automated emails and have already gathered a bunch of great 5-star reviews. Our sales are growing and we have not doubt that the more reviews we gather using Product Reviews Addon, the more sales we'll be doing on the website. This is a MUST HAVE!

This add-on for Shopify's Product Reviews app is very cool. I replaced YOTPO with this and am very happy. On top of that, the service level provided is second to none. Would HIGHLY recommend! You can see the widgets that are installed at http://www.titansurvival.com

Fantastic app! Offers a great deal of amazing tools that make dealing with Shopify Reviews a child's play. I had a small problem with the communication between the app and Shopify's Product Reviews app and contacted Support - Tommy was super helpful and immediately resolved my issue. I strongly recommend Product Reviews Addon!

This is one of the best in terms of ROI thus far. I have managed to set it up and configure in few minutes and the results have been outstanding - I literally get between 15 to 25% of people responding with review. I know our product & customer service important to form this good opinion, however, before it has never been THAT easy to review the product & purchase. Respond directly via email - what can be simpler? Thanks Tommy and the team.

Fantastic little app that really seems to pull in a lot of reviews! Edit - Nine months later and this app is still pulling in a TON of reviews for us! And the support is always lighting fast and super helpful! 2nd Edit - Just over two year later now, and almost three thousand reviews. I'm constantly amazed at how many reviews Stamped.io pulls in for us. And it's been a LONG time since we needed any kind of technical support, but whenever we HAVE needed support in the past, Tommy and his team were quick and efficient in helping us fix whatever needed fixing.

Great little app that does exactly what it says on the box. Has generated us many more reviews than we could ourselves, and we now get great feedback from our customers on where to improve. Its especially good if you are a paying customer, but even if you're not, it does the job right. Thanks Shopry.

I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of this app and the team behind it. Being in the business of reviews they know how to generate good ones. Exceptionally simple to set up, but once you have the basics down you can go way deeper. The app has an enormous variety of functions. The support was quick (30 minute replies to all questions), flexible and seamless. People talk a lot about Yotpo but complain a lot about service and price. This app is better in every way. Seriously brilliant. A must have for all stores wanting social proof.

customer ratings are critical for ecomm purchases. This app is amazing in letting me customize the user experience! .... they are also super responsive when I have questions - fabulous customer experience! highly recommended!
