Easily the best Shopify app experience I've had. Shopry's Product Reviews Addon gives our store ratings and reviews features that would cost $699 per month with Yotpo at a fraction of the cost. If that wasn't enough, the Shopry team is absolutely leading the app store with availability and support. Installing Product Reviews Addon is one of those "no-brainer" business decisions that every Shopify store owner should take a look at.

YOTPO KILLER! The premium versions of the app are very similar to YOTPO's and is way more affordable for us smaller guys. If you are DIY'er and want room to grow as sales grow use this app. The free version is pretty awesome but if are willing to upgrade you'll love it! **Update** After two months we already have 50 reviews some with photos and Google SERP stars are definitely increasing our click through rate! Every single review was generated by the auto e-mail and the reminder system. You couldn't pay an employee $50 a month to e-mail all of your customers to review plus collect photos and respond. I have e-mailed these guys for random things here and there and Tommy has been super helpful every single time!

I first used the free version of the app and then upgraded to the basic version. I'm very happy with the results we are getting from it. Our review rates have increased dramatically and I could not be happier with the app support. I ran into a couple of issues (my fault most likely) and Tommy has always responded almost instantly and fixed them all. I'd highly recommend the app to Shopify store owners.

Very worthwhile app for those with the Shopify Reviews app. This app clearly adds an important main function (auto-emailing review requests) but also has some other nice extensions. I had no problems installing or configuring the app and it has been functioning without issue for a few weeks now. I've already gathered a number of new reviews. I feel like many apps end up costing more than the value they provide - certainly not the case here. In my opinion, the value you're getting as a business is well in excess of the very low cost for the app, even the full feature version.

Brilliant app. Every store should have this as an integral part of their marketing. A good review from a buyer is worth far more than a paid for ad. UPDATE I have now upgraded to the Premium plan. The features and functionality of this app just keep getting better and better. The support is THE BEST you will ever get from any company - nothing is too much trouble for them. If I could only have one app on my store, this would be it!

OK- I can't freaking believe how AWESOME Tommy is. I emailed him to say it would really help me out if there was a way to exclude some products from triggering review emails. Within 24 hours the feature was added to the app!!! I have NEVER had such amazing service from an app before. I'm pretty much peeing my pants with happiness right now :)

Great app! All of these features should have been included in the default Product Reviews app. Must have app together with product reviews app and persistent cart. Also a lot more cost effective than Yotpo. $5 vs $30/month is a no-brainer

This is an excellent app that integrates seamlessly with our store. The first review emails went out yesterday and almost 1 in 4 people left a review. This app is a much more cost effective alternative to other apps out there, bravo! The support is also top notch, the numerous questions I had were answered by Tommy within only a few hours. Keep up the good work, I am really looking forward to future updates and functionality.

This app is amazing. Thank you! I looked at Yotpo, and I loved their email functionality but couldn't justify the price. This app is just perfect and costs much, much less. I have had five times as many customers leave reviews. This is a winner!

AMAZING SERVICE AND APP! CONSISTENTLY IMPRESSED WITH THE AVAILABILITY AND EFFICIENTLY OF TOMMY AND HIS TEAM. Awesome. Literally a huge pain point for the longest time so its nice to see someone stepped up and filled the hole! Better than Yotpo - amazing price and functionality. Updated September 2016 The service of these guys is really incredible... support emails answered within minutes and problem solved. Can't recommend the app highly enough.

What a great add-on app! With more features being added this will become an even greater tool over time. Tommy in support has been awesome, forcing some older orders into the app so a few more reviews requests will go out soon.

UPDATE: I was one of the early users of this app. Since then, these guys have continued to release new features. Super impressed with what it's shaping up to be. Worth every penny. -- Great App! You'll definitely see a higher number of reviews after installing this. Tech support is also super responsive and helpful. Must have if you're already using Shopify review.

Works great. The UI is simple and it works. When it comes to managing hundreds of reviews this is the proper way to do it without wasting time sorting through excel sheets.

We've only used this app for a few days, but we're already very excited. It's a simple, affordable way to drive reviews automatically. Setup was a breeze. When I had a question, the support from Tommy was quick and personal; he quickly addressed my concerns and made changes to my profile that met my particular needs. I look forward to using this app for a long time to come!

This is a very nice Addon and their support has been fantastic helping with setup and enabling some beta features that we really needed. We were using a different Addon to send out the emails but it was manual, support was terrible and people were not sending in reviews. Now that we have changed to this new Addon reviews have already started coming in within 24 hours I suppose do to the ease in which the reviews can be submitted. So far very happy with this app!

Amazing and one of the simplest review app to use. You won't have to do anything to setup, just get the app, set the date&time delay to send to your customers and done, it automatically sends the ready-made email with your logo to your customers. I was afraid of my scripts getting messed up as i'm using 8 other apps, but this didn't mess anything up, kudos to the app and the team.
