Inactive support, Apps don't work as advertised, support doesn't acknowledge problem and thus doesn't solve, however they advise to you switch to a plan with higher monthly fee if we want to use bug free APP, fyi, we already already on a paid plan !!

The support has been first class, it's made the initial leap of putting reviews on our store a lot easier having a platform that sits in so well and is also so easy to use. My questions have always been answered quickly and i would recommend this app to anyone looking for a product reviews solution

Gets the job done in converting customers to review products they've purchased. Can't ask for much more value.

First time writing a review, but this app was a game changer for me. It gives me 20-30 reviews per month, it resulted in 5 star product reviews showing up organically in google and it has boosted conversion rates on my website a lot. You NEED this app. Paying for Yotpo and these other crazy priced apps is a waste when you got this Addon for Shopify Reviews.

This app really helps make our customers feel appreciated and makes it easy for them to provide feedback. Our newest 5-star reviews really help us, and shows this app is working! Awesome! We've upgraded to the next level, and will hopefully continue to see positive results. Definitely recommended!

I have to admit, that the name "Addon" made me overlook the value of this application initially,until one day I browsed through the function of this application. After doing some studying of it, I felt there are too much potential to gain from this application : it can put the certain highlighted review in any place(including the homepage), it can customize the looking of the review, and push to social media...The response and action time from the supporting team is phenomena ! I am really happy with this app. I am already having more reviews left by customers. Previously, I was manually sending out emails. This is so much better. The reminders are sent out automatically and customers can leave their review right within their email. Very convenient! I was also able to create a Review page using the app's 'full-page review widget' and really appreciate having all of my reviews visible in one place. Edited: I continue to appreciate this app. Kudos to the app staff for prompt and super friendly help on the occasions when I have questions.

Here again! as since my 1st review it was realised that I had placed the app in the wrong position and written reviews were pushing content and the price down on each product. Not a problem as Tommy put himself on hand to help. Even though we are still on the free version and therefor wouldn't qualify for hands on assistance. The problem was rectified at their end. Thanks so very much Tommy, if I could rate 10 stars then I would have done!

very good way to collect review. Free !!! and you can response back to the negative comment without hassel of upgrading. Good apps Updated 24.06 Upgrade to Prem Plan Tom Ong went beyond normal service to help me with more features It is a no brainer rating 5 stars !!!!!!!!!!

Brilliant app. I've tried so many different review apps and this is in a league of its own (and also not outrageously priced like some out there). Got it up and running with just a few clicks, and customer service was speedy and excellent. Highly recommended. Been using Stamped for over 5 years now!

Excellent review app add-on! Customer service the way it should be. All questions answered promptly and all issues resolved asap. This app gives you everything you need for a fraction of Yotpo's cost .. Highly recommended.
