Now 2024! Nearly eight years later, I'm even happier with this app. Eslam has helped me over the last two days to update my site and it looks so much more professional. Can't fault their customer service - top marks! Thank you so much. This is a great app & very easy to install. I'm so pleased to have found an automatic method of getting customers to write reviews without having to request them myself as a follow on email each time. I needed a small change to the size of the text in the review box and Tommy came back to me with the answer within an hour. What a good service. I love the way it integrates with the Shopify reviews and just works out of the box. The features just keep coming. Without a doubt one of my favourite apps and the support is awesome. These guys rock!

Works well and way cheaper than competitors. We have been able to collect hundreds of reviews using this app.

This add-on to Shopify Reviews has helped us acquire way more reviews than we had before we installed this app. I just upgraded to the basic plan because I hit my limit with the free plan. Great addition to Shopify's reviews app. Love the ability to automate customer review emails and receive them all through email. Definitely a huge help with customer retention.

I highly recommend this Product Reviews app - it's east to set up and customize and the reviews that are coming through really put you in touch with your product, delivery and customer experience. As a service + product based eCommerce site, the information is extremely valuable. TY!

I was totally lost after the reviews started coming in to my new shopify store. Several emails exchanged and within the hour I was up and running and am still very happy with the help I received. Very pleased with this app! Like most etailers, reviews are a lifeblood for my business. I had thousands of reviews and when I was switching to Shopify I was panicked about moving them. The team here jumped right in and helped me get sorted out. Plus, the image upload is a GREAT feature. Plus, loving this connects to a Shopify App. Thanks for being there for us! UPDATE TO REVIEW Was having a problem with product pages loading properly and theme developer told me it was Shopry. I contacted Shopry and within TWO MINUTES, yes, TWO MINUTES, Tommy jumped on it and fixed it. That easy! And no, it was NOT the app, just one of those blips that happen. Point is, Tommy saved my day. I was a mess over this and he had it fixed in MINUTES. Who does that? Tommy does! Cannot rave enough about this customer service. Yet another update! 2018 Just when I think their customer service couldn't get any better...the team at Stamped.io outdoes themselves. I had a rather complicated request and no one batted an eye...they just DID WHAT I WANTED??? How crazy is that? I expressed a desire and they said, "No problem" and got it done. Another FIVE STARS from us!

Very solid app with good integration with the native shopify reviews app. Enabling a review by email is a huge advantage over making your customer come back to your site. This is a great answer for anyone who can't pay the crazy prices older review apps are trying to charge for similar feature set.

I really love how customizable it is and it's fairly intuitive to use. For the things I wasn't able to figure out on my own, Tommy from the support team was fantastic and fixed all of my issues very quickly! I encountered a couple of customizations that I wasn't able to do on my end which was a bit annoying, but the support team was able to do it for me.

Our experience with the guys at Stamped.io Product Reviews UGC has been brilliant, we really couldn't fault the level of expertise we have on hand at the touch of a keyboard and know that if we ever need help in resolving an issue it is quickly there for us. They are always open to new ideas and implementing them quickly so we can get the most from this platform which is integral to our SEO and ongoing relationships with our customers. In particular most recently I enquired about a product review we needed help with and within an hour I had a resolution to this problem, great work from Mohamed.

This has definitely been a huge value add for my website. Having actual reviews from actual customers is truly beneficial when you want a prospective buyer to actual purchase from you. This app does the trick with its mail after purchase algorithm that is perfectly customisable to your choosing, and a coupon incentive to push customers to actual review your store. A definite must have for every online store. Thank you
