I am still building my store, so this review is only for the installation and customer support aspect of this app. Installed it a while ago. All the options on the dashboard can look a little intimidating to a new user without experience. You just have to spend time understanding it. Will be better in the long run if you do. I had multiple small issues/questions while importing and displaying my existing reviews. Reached out to their support team. Very prompt reply every time. Was given all the right links to tutorials and documents for fixing these issues. And for the issue that I couldn't fix on my own, the support team fixed it for me. Overall 5 stars for the quality of customer support being provided. Hopefully the app will work as intended when my store finally goes live.

Great customer service and a lot of flexibility with the app. Can use product tags to filter items that you don't want to include in the review process

This app has lots of great features and is really good value for money. The Reviews, Rewards and UGC instagram features are fantastic. Highly recommend.

The Stamped team has been very helpful in migrating over from a different reviews platform. We've only just installed it so I'll need to report back once we have some experience with the reviews and loyalty & rewards program. But so far, so good. I'm sure it will be a successful partnership with their incredibly accommodating team.

Best of the best. Many excellent features and the best is the tooltip guide through the whole app. I am looking to buy the highest plan as soon as we have enough reviews to work with. The support is also superfast and helpful.

I use this app for reviews and it works great with the things I need it for. The widget popup is the best thing ever and I love it. Their customer service is also really great if you are in need of help (same day response).
