Dumb. We are trying to transfer reviews - and you cant even upload their downloaded .csv file to their program. You have to take their downloaded template, and then manually transfer every line to their custom upload template. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen and is waisting my time. Switching programs now.

Our review export functionality is actually designed for transferring reviews to another app or for backup purposes. If you share the old vs new Product ID we will happily map the reviews accordingly! ** UPDATE ** Would Not recommend. After removing the app access coding remains on my website. They can not remove it as it distort several product pages. I now have a distorted website and not ETA when the issue will be resolved. Major headache " After using Stamped IO for a year I had to update my review. The basic feature of collecting reviews work fine. Keep in mind you have to pay more & more to collect reviews. Maybe if you are just starting out this app is okay but in you are having more than 100 orders a month, would not recommend. I have reached out to Stamped multiple times for varies things, coding needs to be updated, paid $200+ for a plan for ads to reflect on google ads ( FYI this was never resolved and $200 went down the drain as I did not get access to the feature I was paying for ). You will always have to " leave a message " or talk to a bot. No matter the time of day. This effects your customer service experience as it if frustrating not being able to talk to a live person EVER in the chat. Takes about 24hrs to get a respond and most of the time they send you a link to a discussion board of them assisting another business that's kind of related to your question. Super frustrating because when you reply saying this does not help and you need them to update or remove their code & not send you to a discussion board to do it yourself it takes another 12 hrs for a reply and they still may not help. I found a better app to serve my business, received 8-10 reviews after installing the app which made me feel like emails were not being sent out properly. I followed the steps to remove Stamped IO but the reviews was still reflecting on my website causing a glitch. I contacted Stamped IO, no response. Contacted Shopify for assistance and Shopify contacted the developer to remove the coding, no response. Had to send multiple request to help, my website was down for 24 hrs due to the coding issue. When a rep reached out I provided access to my store to resolve the issue, they never logged in. Another rep reached out and sent me to a blog post to do it myself. Didn't work. Sent more messages & then notice the website was fixed but no one ever responded to my messages or advised they fixed the issue. This process with canceling my plan confirmed I made the right decision as the customer support is the worse. FYI - I have tried all tier plans and never noticed a difference in service or operations.

Used this app for over a year and kept trying to justify the cost but couldn't. When I ran into issues the tech support took sooooooooooooo long (over a month) and still never resolved the issue so I finally canceled my subscriptions and deleted the app! BEST decision ever

you need to may minimum $249 per month for getting your reviews submitted to Google. What is the point of reviews if you can't show them in Google?

Easy to install and nightmare to have quality support! I installed all apps and I found one here in Shopify app that charge just USD15 and they have live support to full customization and bug fix in real time. The difference between a USD15 to a USD200 app: Both to all the same things but one have branding and the other does not care with branding just with results delivered, make your bet, do your choice. I'm more than one month asking for help but always come a Junior Support to say that I'm doing everything wrong and never fix it bugs, also, they charged me wrong USD400 in almost 1 month and no refund. I open an Abuse Case in Shopify Support.

Horrible support. Even if you are paying $119 for the app, the support takes 48 hours to respond. Oh and also, the reviews only show up on your product page, not on the collection pages. Please don't fall for the scam, there are 10x cheaper alternatives with better support and a bug-free environment. What a joke.

I'm paying $300/month for their service and they don't offer any phone or video call support. Very frustrating especially considering other review platforms I have used in the past have much more comprehensive support than email.

This app is a train wreck. Their database constantly gets buggy and doesn't display our reviews correctly. Customer service seems overwhelmed and support takes weeks to resolve simple issues. I pay over $1,000 per month and am regretting it.

Very bad app. Half of the time it does not work. Support chats with you after like 24 hours. Just install something else

I can no longer recommend this app to anyone. Extremely buggy interface, nothing loads as intended. Our customers complain all the time they can't do this and that - after years of using this app it's time to ditch it and move on. Their backend must be horrendous and we pay premium prices to get a garbage system.

Removed the app after 1 hour...... You need to be an engineer to use this app. I could not understand a single thing I have to do and there are no instructions, no help, no tutorial. I am sorry for the developer that spent a lot of time to add many tools and options in the app but there is wayyy too much stuff and it makes the app impossible to understand and use it.

It's impossible to get support after just over 4 weeks of following up every other days... We have migrated from Magento 2 on Stamped.io to Shopify Plus and all our points are screwed up, new Shopify orders doesn't add to Customer account, the widget is not showing, etc. etc. I could go for hours.

My website have a black background, the widget does not integrate to it and there is not customization at all.

It will require a set of CSS codes to change the colors of certain elements on the review widget. We would recommend reaching out to our support team, and we will gladly assist you with the setup :)

The only positive thing about this app is a good looking presentation of the reviews. Everything else is horrible and needs to get worked on. The support is catastrophical, if you want to set this up, you need to plan multiple days into your schedule because it will not happen in an hour. If you are looking for a chat support, you are wrong here, everything goes per email and needs a long time to get handeled. My page speed also dropped and I am very disappointed that I even installed this app...

Their system is VERY buggy. Support is not good either. I have been. using them for 2 years and it has been buddy from the start. Now, it is taking 20-60 seconds for the reviews to load on the site and it is tanking our conversions. Very disappointed.

I suddenly found a Stamped.io branding banner in all my website pages and in the footer as well, then found out they changed plans and added this in the free plan without prior consent. very unprofessional. I am reporting this to Shopify

updated! They are not as responsive as before. Take more than two weeks to response and never help to resolve my issue. The worst you can ever meet, I will not use this app on my other websites, never!!!

I used to love Stamped.io and have been using it since last year, and the 1st time when our reviews weren't showing up, the customer service team fixed it right away and the problem didn't occur again until a few days ago. When it happened the 2nd time, I messaged customer service and they did not reply within the time frame (12 hours) that they said they would and it was reaching around 2 days so I decided to follow up again. They then replied and helped me fix it and I thought everything was good until I saw that we got new reviews and they were not showing up AGAIN. I then had to message them again and asked why this keeps happening when we saw that the reviews were automatically published, and they just said sorry for the inconvenience and they are trying to find a solution to fix the problem. We were frustrated but they did help us fix it again so I decided to still use their app since we want to be loyal to them – but then we started getting new reviews within the next day and guess what? They're not there AGAIN. I don't understand why this keeps happening and to happen THREE times in a row is just ridiculous. We are a new business with very few reviews so we're super excited every time we get new reviews just for them not to show up on our website. With this happening for the 3rd time, I no longer have the patience to keep reaching out to them because there will most likely be 4th, 5th, and 6th times. Their customer service is also no longer amazing like it used to be last year. The replies, although not rude, are also not as friendly as they used to be either. I still remember I had such a great impression with them based on their super fast and friendly response and it's the main reason why we are loyal but now my experience has changed. If you are planning on using Stamped.io, please be aware that your reviews might not show up on your site and you will potentially lose new customers who are looking to read the reviews. I will now be switching over to Judge.me review app for their FREE photo and video upload, unlimited review requests, and 24/7 customer service!

It's not possible to remove this app from your Facebook page without it showing up as an error across the entire screen. I installed this app again in order to be able to remove the app from Facebook. But instead of being able to remove it, I was charged for the entire month.
