Dumb. We are trying to transfer reviews - and you cant even upload their downloaded .csv file to their program. You have to take their downloaded template, and then manually transfer every line to their custom upload template. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen and is waisting my time. Switching programs now.

Our review export functionality is actually designed for transferring reviews to another app or for backup purposes. If you share the old vs new Product ID we will happily map the reviews accordingly! Used this app for over a year and kept trying to justify the cost but couldn't. When I ran into issues the tech support took sooooooooooooo long (over a month) and still never resolved the issue so I finally canceled my subscriptions and deleted the app! BEST decision ever

Horrible support. Even if you are paying $119 for the app, the support takes 48 hours to respond. Oh and also, the reviews only show up on your product page, not on the collection pages. Please don't fall for the scam, there are 10x cheaper alternatives with better support and a bug-free environment. What a joke.

I'm paying $300/month for their service and they don't offer any phone or video call support. Very frustrating especially considering other review platforms I have used in the past have much more comprehensive support than email.

This app is a train wreck. Their database constantly gets buggy and doesn't display our reviews correctly. Customer service seems overwhelmed and support takes weeks to resolve simple issues. I pay over $1,000 per month and am regretting it.

I can no longer recommend this app to anyone. Extremely buggy interface, nothing loads as intended. Our customers complain all the time they can't do this and that - after years of using this app it's time to ditch it and move on. Their backend must be horrendous and we pay premium prices to get a garbage system.

My website have a black background, the widget does not integrate to it and there is not customization at all.

It will require a set of CSS codes to change the colors of certain elements on the review widget. We would recommend reaching out to our support team, and we will gladly assist you with the setup :)

Their system is VERY buggy. Support is not good either. I have been. using them for 2 years and it has been buddy from the start. Now, it is taking 20-60 seconds for the reviews to load on the site and it is tanking our conversions. Very disappointed.

I suddenly found a Stamped.io branding banner in all my website pages and in the footer as well, then found out they changed plans and added this in the free plan without prior consent. very unprofessional. I am reporting this to Shopify

Other apps are much better. Stamped.io puts CSS customization behind a paywall, and their interface is ugly. It loads slow and is not nearly as user friendly and costs more. I'm not happy with it.

We have dramatically increased the reviews we get from our customers. And the app is helpful in helping us share those reviews on social media. Our customers like putting photos up of the products they make with our filament. And the support is outstanding. When I have an issue, they are right there to make it right. Sadly, 4 years in, the site has become slow and drags down our website. Posting reviews takes a lot of time as well as that drags as well.

I hate to do this, but their customer service takes days to answer, and not that helpful. Perhaps with this review things will be taken seriously? Hopefully :(

Using this app 2021-2025 and I had to update our review to warn other merchants that bugs persist in this app, taking us a huge amount of time to publish & feature each review (ie lots of screen refreshes, repeated checking of status of each live vs not live review has changed). For 1-2 years they have promised fixes but just this week we learn there is a wait on for a new version of the app being built though they cant tell us when it will be available. No attempt to mitigate or overcome the issues from stamped.io by offering workarounds, or an app fee break/discount so we are planning to migrate to an alternative app ASAP.

The support team BROKE MY WEBSITE making changes without telling me overnight. I woke up the next day and Now my website is not working!! SUPPORT IS NOW WHERE TO BE FOUND.

We've upgraded to Business plan for $119/month, but Q&A option doesn't work correctly. Response time of Support is 2 days and more, also, they, couldn't fix anything. We've migrated to down Plan and It looks like we must ti find another APP for our needs... Ponoma team, www.ponomasteel.com

Could not get it to work with my Symmetry theme. The CSV import procedure was ineffective and laborious. Changing the "reply from" field required juggling my GoDaddy accounts. Instructions for changing code were meant for coders, not retailers. Sorry, couldn't use it.

Update 5/19/22: The app was sold by the original developer Tommy and there have been no improvements to the app whatsoever. The dashboard is littered with bugs that are not addressed and it's incredibly slow. Additionally, the customer service has gotten incredibly terrible. They take days to respond, and then don't even address your question properly because it's outsourced and they probably don't understand the question. I miss the days of Ivan & Tommy, it was a killer app but now it leaves a lot to be desired. Leaving my original review down below so you can see how it USED to be. We migrated from Shopper Approved to Stamped and have been incredibly happy with the product. We've been live for 2 months at the time of writing this review for reference, and are an Enterprise customer. They offer a ton of out-of-the-box features which are incredibly advanced. Some of these advanced features we use are UGC galleries, Instagram syndication, Google My Business, and a ton of customization to the flow. We got quotes from Yotpo and Stamped and found that Stamped was considerably cheaper, but had pretty much the same features. Their support team was very helpful with onboarding, and we don't feel that any reviews were missed in the process. They helped migrate over everything including our images and pending review requests from Shopper Approved. The admin portal is incredibly helpful, and their support team has been very responsive and even customized the functionality of the app in a few ways for us. The only drawback to Stamped I would say is that they do NOT offer phone support. Their support team is super responsive (within 24 hours always, usually within 12 and sometimes quicker) and they typically go into great detail with their responses so things are resolved swiftly. I would say Yotpo and Stamped are very comparable in terms of a feature stack - the only reason to choose Yotpo over stamped is if you are willing to pay 3X the price to get phone support. Will update review as time goes on if things go south.

The subscription prices are way too high for the options. Why would we pay $119 just to have our own reviewed feed to google. Very stupid. Too expensive for the option we will be switching over to another service.
