This is a great and cost effective product review app. I would give it 5 stars however I wish I could have more customisation features for the review emails at the lower priced plans. Other then that, this app is really great and is so simply enabled on any Shopify store.

Having an issue logging in and connecting to shopify each time I open the website. go.stamped.io/v3 page doesnt load and freezes up.

Could you kindly log out completely of Shopify, clear the browser cache, and then re-log into Shopify, before attempting to open Stamped.io via the app panel? Pretty straight forward to install and use. Only problem is it's a bit glitchy in that it put's reviews back in the "to be published" section after I've already selected them to be published every now and again. Other than that works great!

Takes very long time to load. Feature not many. Hard to get a review from customers. Not recommended.

Product works well, can be a bit tricky to understand how to set up. Some support link for each set up would be great and those question marks that Facebook have next to each setting bow would be really good

A lot of functionality, the app is a bit slow for some functionality, but all in all functions well. I still think it gets a bit pricey if you have a lot of orders with sending out emails, but it is not expensive compared to alternatives. The customer service answers very fast and are helpful. The response time has been one of the fastest of all apps so far.

Me gustaría que fuera más fácil publicar banners, tampoco me queda claro cuando una reseña si pública o no. los diseños de los banners me gustaría personalizarlos pero quizá es algo del plan que he contratado.

I have used this app for the review management of my website. I found this very useful with a lot more customization options which are important when you collect reviews from your customer. I have a startup business and this app provides me very good functions at an affordable price which I loved about this app.

Just started using Stamped.io for reviews and have been liking what I see so far. The free plan has enough functionality to get a small business started in collecting reviews.

Overall, the app is great. I like the automation components. I wish certain features didn't need higher subscriptions but I have no complaints about the app. Customer service was quick and effective.

Ich habe die App im Online Shop installiert, es war wirklich schnell und einfach. Die App funktioniert sehr gut. Das einzige was ich bei der App vermisse ist die Spracheinstellung für das Menu.

The app is great and easy to use however it is product specific and I couldn’t figure out a way to put all the reviews under homepage.

Free plan: easy install and setup, I got a little confused between free functionality and options included in payed plans because there were still some checkboxes to tick etc that are only relevant for payed plans - but nothing that a little cup of coffee can't solve ;) I hope we get enough customers to hop on the real cool payed options. Keep it up! +++ Freies Abo: einfache Installation und Konfiguration, ich bin ein wenig durcheinandergekommen bei den kostenlosen bzw. kostenpflichtigen Optionen, da auch Checkboxen etc. für kostenpflichtige Optionen angezeigt werden und auswählbar sind. Aber nichts, was bei einer Tasse Kaffee nicht lösbar wäre - ein Glück verkaufen wir auch Kaffeetasse ;) . Ich hoffe, wir bekommen genug Kunden um uns die kostenpflichtige Version leisten zu können. Weiter so!

The free plan works really well for what I need it for and the couple of issues I had setting it up were resolved quickly by support. Definitely better than the apps I was using before

Impressive, flexible app that elicits a good response rate from our customers (all of them great, by the way). When we needed guidance on a few tweaks, customer support was prompt and attentive.
