I use this App for my reviews and have been with them for years. I wouldn't think of switching as they are so responsive as a team - the support is just fantastic. You feel like you are dealing with real people - actually - friends you haven't met. The App is the very best at what it does - and the team that's behind it - would give 6 stars if I could. Qualquer dúvida eles estão prontos pra ajudar. Eu perguntei uma dúvida mais técnica sobre os email de reviews e depois de menos de 20 minutos, eles me respondem. Foi sensacional essa experiência. Any questions they are ready to help. I asked a more technical question about the review emails and after less than 20 minutes they answer me. This experience was sensational.

At the moment I use this app for customer follow ups / reviews. It benefits me in that regard because it allows me to focus on other tasks. I know that Stamped.io has more to offer and I'd like to delve into more of its features but my time is limited. The staff is professional, helpful and the response is less than 24 hours. The app is really easy to use and the visual appearance is great. The simplicity of users being able to submit reviews from their email increases the likelihood of them taking the time to review our products which is a big bonus. It also allows them to share their own photos which is great for other customers to see

I installed this app to start sending email automation to collect reviews and send coupons for the customers who interact. So far, so good, everything seems to be working correctly! There were some bugs while setting the whole thing up that made the process a little more slowly, but I instantly emailed the support who was super fast, helpful, and accurate in solving my problems. Would be good to have more attractive design solutions to show the reviews on the homepage of our website :)
