I enjoyed the free version of this app. There are not many apps like this that offer this service completely for free. Customer support is also great and replies within a few hours - I did not even have to do anything - they accessed my store with my permission to fix their code which made it that the review bar was showing twice due to my SHOPIFY DEBUT theme.

Their system is VERY buggy. Support is not good either. I have been. using them for 2 years and it has been buddy from the start. Now, it is taking 20-60 seconds for the reviews to load on the site and it is tanking our conversions. Very disappointed.

The app is still working well after many years of use. I would like to see an improvement in the load speed though. Anyways, it's a decent app for many Shopify merchants in my opinion.

お問合せは英語ですが、返信がとにかく早いです。 早すぎて逆に見逃すこともあります。管理画面は日本語じゃないですが、Chromeのgoogle翻訳をかけることで普通に利用できます。たまによく分からない動作をしますが大体はお問合せで解決するのでおすすめです。

App has been amazing since day 1--support is EXTREMELY fast and helpful. Originally we transferred our Shopify reviews over to Stamped with no issues and now we have changed to a Shopify 2.0 theme and it has been extremely easy with the help from Stamped.

I got the free version of the app. Love the idea. Its just very slow at saving changes to settings or doesn't save them at all. So I am sat there pressing save and then give up. Maybe its because of the free version-but not sure.

I suddenly found a Stamped.io branding banner in all my website pages and in the footer as well, then found out they changed plans and added this in the free plan without prior consent. very unprofessional. I am reporting this to Shopify

Is easy to get things going and when you dont know how to do something, their customer support is really good. I had an issue with the color of the font and they fixed it for me very fast. Top team!

The customer service and developer team at Stamped has been outstanding. They are quick to respond to inquiries and have implemented a number of changes for us to our Shopify theme. We are happy that we chose Stamped to collect reviews from our consumers. We can't wait to get more user generated content to help build trust and social proof.

I just started managing the company's Stamped.io account actually and have some both positive and more constructive feedback. I love that the program has automated features to it, like sorting the flagged reviews versus the auto-published ones. The exclude certain terms tool is also super useful especially in our industry. Now, some feedback I have that may potentially help improve the platform is that the review request email templates should be easier to edit. In order to edit it, there are many broken-up sections so it is not super efficient to see the whole picture in one place. Also, it would be cool if there were more manual capabilities with sorting through the incoming, unpublished reviews. The customer support has been pretty good overall as well, although I do support the idea that English-speaking representatives help English-speaking customers for higher efficiency.
