お問合せは英語ですが、返信がとにかく早いです。 早すぎて逆に見逃すこともあります。管理画面は日本語じゃないですが、Chromeのgoogle翻訳をかけることで普通に利用できます。たまによく分からない動作をしますが大体はお問合せで解決するのでおすすめです。

I've contacted support three times on separate integration/onboarding challenges and have been very impressed with the response times and helpfulness of the person on the other end.

App has been amazing since day 1--support is EXTREMELY fast and helpful. Originally we transferred our Shopify reviews over to Stamped with no issues and now we have changed to a Shopify 2.0 theme and it has been extremely easy with the help from Stamped.

I got the free version of the app. Love the idea. Its just very slow at saving changes to settings or doesn't save them at all. So I am sat there pressing save and then give up. Maybe its because of the free version-but not sure.

I suddenly found a Stamped.io branding banner in all my website pages and in the footer as well, then found out they changed plans and added this in the free plan without prior consent. very unprofessional. I am reporting this to Shopify

Is easy to get things going and when you dont know how to do something, their customer support is really good. I had an issue with the color of the font and they fixed it for me very fast. Top team!

The customer service and developer team at Stamped has been outstanding. They are quick to respond to inquiries and have implemented a number of changes for us to our Shopify theme. We are happy that we chose Stamped to collect reviews from our consumers. We can't wait to get more user generated content to help build trust and social proof.

I just started managing the company's Stamped.io account actually and have some both positive and more constructive feedback. I love that the program has automated features to it, like sorting the flagged reviews versus the auto-published ones. The exclude certain terms tool is also super useful especially in our industry. Now, some feedback I have that may potentially help improve the platform is that the review request email templates should be easier to edit. In order to edit it, there are many broken-up sections so it is not super efficient to see the whole picture in one place. Also, it would be cool if there were more manual capabilities with sorting through the incoming, unpublished reviews. The customer support has been pretty good overall as well, although I do support the idea that English-speaking representatives help English-speaking customers for higher efficiency.

Amazing customer service! Always get a helpful response within a max of 30 min. The only thing that could be sped up a tad would be how quickly the review emails are sent out. they seem to go through a server and not directly to the customer so there is quite a long delay in sending the review email and the customer receiving it. Otherwise super happy with this app and the incredibly helpful team behind it

I've just started transitioning to Stamped.io for reviews. While there is no easy integration with my current platform, support has been very prompt and helpful with answering my questions and offering assistance. I'm not ready to give a full 5 Stars yet as the app hasn't been live on my site long enough to judge, but so far so good and I'll update this review when I've had time to use all the functionality properly.

Extremely responsive!.. They even replied on the weekend and solved my issue immediately. I have used several other review apps and the ease of working with their team was a blessing!

very quick response time. It was a little bit confusing at the beginning because of the theme settings I have to edit the code. but it is very easy to follow through, highly recommend their youtube video. The app developers have been a great help. Definitely recommend them!

The Stamped team is very patience and addressed all my questions and issue with importing reviews. This app is more comprehensive then others I have used. Excited to explore the various other features they have.

This app is essential to our social media presence and saves so much time. We have already received quite a bit of user generated content that has translated into even more sales. I wish we had started using it much sooner. The support is great, if you have a problem, they will solve it.
