Great support team and it is easy to use! We've really been enjoying the Stamped.Io interface and their review system. Their customer service team is exceptional and make sure you are taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Other apps are much better. Stamped.io puts CSS customization behind a paywall, and their interface is ugly. It loads slow and is not nearly as user friendly and costs more. I'm not happy with it.

Stamped.io allows for full customization of the display widgets even on the free plan, it can be done by applying the CSS codes within the theme files. We are sorry to hear that the interface is not to your liking, it is actually based on Shopify's very own Polaris UI. The dashboard is also optimized to work well across all popular desktop browsers. Best of the best. Many excellent features and the best is the tooltip guide through the whole app. I am looking to buy the highest plan as soon as we have enough reviews to work with. The support is also superfast and helpful.

I use this app for reviews and it works great with the things I need it for. The widget popup is the best thing ever and I love it. Their customer service is also really great if you are in need of help (same day response).

Great customer service. We were using Yotpo for a while, was overpriced and customer service was bad. There is no need to use another platform.!.

I started using Stamped a few weeks ago and I have to say that I especially appreciate the customer service. They are very responsive, give good advice and usually answer my questions within a day.

We have dramatically increased the reviews we get from our customers. And the app is helpful in helping us share those reviews on social media. Our customers like putting photos up of the products they make with our filament. And the support is outstanding. When I have an issue, they are right there to make it right. Sadly, 4 years in, the site has become slow and drags down our website. Posting reviews takes a lot of time as well as that drags as well.

Amazing customer support! We ran into some errors when trying to import reviews from our previous platform and reached out to the support team. They responded within an hour both times and fixed all of the issues for us, rather than providing how-to instructions like most companies. Super impressed!

Excellent Customer Service and support from Stamped. They are great. The app works great and reviews are definitely helping. They also have great tutorials and have helped make sure reviews show on google shopping

This app was easy for me to self install, even on a custom non-shopify theme (Retina). The support responded within minutes of my inquiries, and the software developers have taken great time to create easy to understand guides for various integrations. I am looking forward to the product rich snippets on google, which unfortunately requires an upgraded paid version of the app, but in my opinion definitely worth the cost if you have a lot of good reviews! Also, I was able to use a separate app to export Etsy reviews directly into this app, which really helped my shopify products look more filled out.

I'm getting started with reviews and Stamped.io made things simple! I had a question and this was answered super quickly, as well as suggesting further improvements around adding cname entries to my DNS. These guys went the extra mile to ensure I'm getting the right results so I'm very impressed!

無料で使える範囲も広く、テストも十分にできました。 有料プランも良心的です。別のアプリを使っていましたが、価格が桁違いなのに十分使えます。 もう少しデザイン面や文言をカスタマイズできる範囲を広げてほしいです。
