The best reviews app for Shopify, period. It works well and when there's an issue, their team responds within minutes to solve it for you. And it costs a fraction of what Yotpo charges.
I have switched my theme a couple times and whenever I came across a problem they helped and solved my problem within minutes. Now that's customer service! Thanks again Salem!
I just emailed support and Joel replied in 2 minutes, maybe less. After making my new Shopify Theme go live, i lost all my reviews and in order to add it, there is some complicated coding involved and I am not good at coding. Joel took a few seconds to add it for me and did it in lightning speed. I highly recommend this app and their team is genuinely amazing!
Love this app. It's so easy to use and looks great! WhenI had some problems, the customer service was quick and really helpful! I really recommend this app, even to upgrade.

I really love this app, it does everything I need it too and whenever I ask the team anything, they are very helpful and prompt. Customer service is very important, and I rate them highly. Highly recommend.
Just started using the app. Easy to integrate and very helpful customer service via email. Adding the SPF/DKIM DNS records to your domain registrar is needed if you want the review requests to come from your email address and not stamped.io.

The review widgets look fantastic and the feature set is complete from what I've seen so far. Installing the app and configuring it has been pretty straight forward. I needed some support a couple times to make some tweaks the how the widget displayed and their support was very good. They got back to me in under an hour and their answers and help was spot on the first time. I would definitely recommend this app and company.
Best reviews app by far, pricing is fair and you get a lot of reviews. It's also really easy to use. Edit: After upgrading my plan to use some of the more advanced features it's been impossible to add them, customer service don't reply Edit: Customer service contacted me and helped me with the installation of all required features

As for non-English users, the localization (I18n) has been not fully implemented on this app such as the review widget, but I asked the support team and quickly received a response that how to modify the theme. Aside from that, we are highly satisfied with this app.
Great app and awesome support. Just got it and had an issue, contacted costumer service and they replied within an hour and issue was solve right away.
